Our experience with this company has been nothing short of exemplary! We are a small retail florist and gift store; we regularly need supplies—like pots, fertilizer, and growing medium—to grow product for our indoor plant collection. Hydrogardens not only has a full range of pots, fertilizers, and other horticultural items, but outstanding service. Our emails are always answered in a prompt fashion, and they are quick and courteous fulfilling orders. If you don't know exactly what you need, they go out of their way to locate the right item. Plus, they will even go the extra mile to bring the product to your vehicle and help you load. We look forward to dealing with Hydrogardens for years to come!

Called the store for info regards ProMIx availability, lady on the phone was not very helpfull, but since the place was only 15 minutes drive from my house I drove there anyway . Upon arrival I looked at the empty shelves and completely empty store, and again the lady treated me like I came there to bother her instead of supporting her business. Her price of the 107 l bag of ProMIx was 37% higher than other stores in Hamilton, so I was still going to buy it, but when I asked her about fertilizers for rooting and blooming ,she looked at me like I landed from the moon....do not bother with this so called "Hydrogardens" enterprise, waste of your time.
