A very fun and unique experience glamping with a wood burning stove.

The tent setup was super cute and cozy, the bed was big and lots of options were provided to keep us warm (propane heater, heated comforter).

The host Aimee was super kind and very helpful! Whenever we had questions or troubles, she was quick to respond.

The breakfast provided was okay. Variety of fruits, small baked goods and juice.

The only downside was the outhouse, which was a shower and toilet combination.

Also difficult to locate at night as the sign was not lit up.

Aimee and the staff at Alabaster Acres were quick to answer any and all of our questions and were able to bring us things we needed within minutes with just a quick text. The linens were amazing as well as the heated mattress. Absolutely loved the little breakfast boxes each morning with a lovely little gift and card at the end of our stay for our anniversary! Everything we needed was there for cooking and cleaning. I personally LOVED the outdoor bath and we both enjoyed showering outdoors. Such a cool experience! Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon! I’m sure the goats won’t mind! 🥰

Beautiful experience! I went with my partner, and it was nice how we could just get away from everything and relaxed! We stayed at the gunmetal tent. It was nice and quiet, as there was only one other couple there. It felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! The property was stunning — just like a Pinterest backdrop. Aimee was lovely, and everyone was very friendly! Definitely recommend anyone of all ages to go! This was an experience to remember! 🙂

My partner and I stayed for one night in the Gunmetal Tent at Alabaster Acres, and it was amazing! Their amenities, and service was great. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Aimee was lovely! And the tent itself was gorgeous — a literal Pinterest backdrop! Definitely recommend anyone of all ages to go!

This place is amazing! Along with glamping, there is an incredible Christmas market with SO many interesting things....and the goats! You can have coffee while you cuddle the most adorable baby goats!

My husband and I have wanted to try glamping for a long time, and Alabaster Acres seemed the perfect place given it's reasonable distance from the city. Aimee and her dogs were very friendly upon arrival and she gave us a quick tour of the grounds and facilities which included how to use the wood stove. For context, we went in March so it was about 4 degrees, and it rained (poured) for most of our trip. Even under these circumstances, we stayed warm and dry and thoroughly enjoyed our time. My favourite parts were the outdoor library we got to enjoy for a few minutes before the rain came, and the number of thoughtful things included in the tent, such as all of the dishes, throw blankets, umbrella, and especially the heated mattress pad. The washroom was so nicely kept, and is only a short distance from the Copper Retreat tent. We would love to return with a group in the summertime and use all 3 tents!

My husband and I just got back from our weekend at Alabaster Acres, and it was incredible! To start Aimee was so communicative and welcoming. We loved the doggies, and Finn the duck. We also had a great encounter with the goats, feeding and playing with them.

The glamping tents were a thing of luxury. So much so I had to ask where the bedding was from because both my husband and I haven't had as deep of sleeps as we did in the Copper Retreat in a really long time.

The tents were equipped with anything that you could think of a speaker, heated mattress pad, a sound machine, even to the detail of providing oil, and basic seasoning for food. Plus they were just so beautifully decorated. The breakfast she included had such a wide variety, and was packaged in the most adorable box.

Will return without a doubt, thank you Aimee and Alabaster Acres for your hospitality.
