I am so glad we have the Firehall Market in Port Stanley and it just keeps getting better.
Local and fresh made bread, desserts, sandwiches, soups and more!
The atmosphere is great in or outdoors where you can now have a pint of beer and listen to live music. Customer for life!

Visited the Fire Hall Market yesterday, on a surprisingly nice November day. Always enjoy dropping in here - nice people, interesting offerings, great cheesecake, and 'Frisky Beaver' beverages. Nice!

I went to a sandwich place in here, I ordered the Ruben sandwich. The sandwich hardly had any saurkraut. The bread tasted bland and burnt. Worst Ruben sandwich I ever had. I ordered a drink with it couldn't believe it cost $20 just for an awful sandwich and drink, I won't be coming back to this sandwich place.

Highly recommend stopping in for lunch. There’s a Soup and Sandwich vendor with a great selection of substantial creations. I thoroughly enjoyed an amazing gourmet grilled cheese; and later a classic Reuben.

Another lunch option is Smoking Caboose BBQ at the back of the market. Simply delicious.

With the added bonus of other local vendors. A irresistible bakery, a full service butcher’s counter, a florist, a cheese booth, and more. Approximately 10 vendors, all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Love this use for the old fire hall at Port Stanley’s main intersection.

When you visit Port Stanley, this is a great little market providing fresh, local and delicious produce, baked goods, meets, home-made soups and sandwiches and even one of the kind cheeses and teas!
Personally my favourite lunch is a combo from Sandra's soup, Yogi Bakers cheese scone and Smoking Caboose pulled pork.
Don't forget to finish with a professionally steeped speciality tea from Barb's little shop!

I delivered a bunch of items here for some of the vendors before the grand opening and saw how determined and excited each individual was to start the next chapter in their journey! Everyone was polite and worked with me as a team to complete the delivery as fast and efficient as possible. Upon completion, I had the privilege to talk with some of the owners and operators of the business and the way our conversations went it was like we had already met before. I look forward to coming in on my next day off to see how everything is running now that they are finally open for business! If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend stopping by Fire Hall Market to show support to all of your local vendors! Keep up the great work!
