Du pain digne d'une boulangerie française !!
En vacance avec ma famille nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Michelle dans cette belle boulangerie et nous avons trouvé une saveur dans le pain qui ressemble aux saveurs que nous retrouvons dans nos pains français.

5 stars - Whole Note Grains Co. is a treasure. I picked up the ancient grain spelt loaf and it’s honestly some of the most delicious and lovingly crafted bread I’ve had—pure, nourishing, and full of life. The various selections of flavours and loaves offered is perfect. The bakery itself is elegant and beautifully designed, a perfect reflection of the care and love the kind, happy, welcoming, and knowledgeable owner Michelle pours into everything she does—peaceful, set-apart kind of place—you can feel it the moment you walk in. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere near Quinte West and Hastings or Trenton, and looking for pure and clean, organic, non-GMO breads and sourdough made with love and heart, this is the place.

Stopped in today to buy three different fresh breads. Later in my office I could not resist to try two of the breads with just honey on it - Wow, what a tasty experience. Can't wait to try the other one together with some tomatoes, salad and more. I also had a lovely conversation with Michelle, the owner and baker.

Michelle was so nice & explained all the different breads to my husband & I. We bought 3 different loaves & again she explained how to properly freeze them. We just had our first bite & wow totally different then store bought bread, definitely
healthier! Keep up the great baking.🙂

Absolutely wonderful local business! The Oat Porridge Bread is the absolute best and so unique. Michelle is very welcoming and makes sure you leave with just the right loaf (or two!). Happy to have such a great business in town!

Unbelievable! I didn't know bread could taste this good. I feel lucky I was able to find this Bakery. If you are looking for great bread to compliment every meal I highly suggest visiting Michelle on location. Sour Town White is the family favorite.

I’ve had the opportunity to taste a few of the bread varieties at whole note grains co and can’t pick a favourite, they’re all incredible!! Hand made makes all the difference and you can taste the passion in the creation process. I can’t wait for the online ordering system, I’ll be eating my sandwiches on baguettes from now on!! Will definitely be sending everyone I know to this bakery!

This bread is fabulous!! Not only is the taste wonderfully full of flavour but the texture is not gummy or full of air as in many commercial breads. This must be what original non mass produced bread must have tasted !
For those of us suffering from a leaky gut or swollen abdomens from eating long shelf life breads, this isn't a problem for me!! I highly recommend buying this healthy and satisfying bread which satisfies my hunger for hours.
