We had the duck confit and wanton nachos with the maple beer and wine flight. The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Could not stop raving about it with every bite! The wine and beer was really pleasant. It is an absolutely gorgeous little gem just off the county road! It's literally tucked away in the middle of the woods, absolutely lovely. The Waitress sat my wife next to an open fire and gave her a blanket to keep her legs warm. Could not recommend it enough!

Vin Winery is one of my favorite places to perform. The outdoor pavilion has gorgeous vineyard views, perfect acoustics for live music, and plenty of shade for guests. Staff are attentive, quick to help with power access and setup, and always make sure the performers are looked after. Every event I’ve played here has felt relaxed highly recommend for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or private dinners.

Tucked along a winding stretch of countryside, Vin Winery greets visitors with the kind of rustic charm that whispers promises of simple pleasures done exceptionally well. But behind the ivy-covered walls and warm wood accents lies a kitchen and tasting room that deliver something far more memorable: bold flavors, careful craftsmanship, and a few quiet revelations—including a white sangria worth the trip alone.

Let’s start with that white sangria. Too often an afterthought or overly sweet pool-party punch, Vin’s rendition is something else entirely. It pours pale gold with a gentle shimmer, inviting but not cloying. The flavor is bright and layered—clearly the work of someone who understands balance. Stone fruit leads the way (think ripe peach and nectarine), underpinned by citrus zest and a trace of elderflower. But the true brilliance lies in its restraint: never syrupy, never sour, just clean, cold refreshment that dances over the palate and vanishes like a summer breeze. It’s the kind of drink you order twice, then once more “to share.”

But what truly caught me off guard was the French onion dip. Yes, a dip. Humble, familiar, and in most settings forgettable. Here, it was a showstopper. Rich and deeply savory, the dip walked that perfect line between nostalgia and refinement. You get the caramelized depth of slow-cooked onions—sweet, earthy, honest—but lifted with what I suspect is a touch of sherry vinegar and crème fraîche, giving it a tangy backbone that keeps it from feeling heavy.

And then—the pickled mushrooms. Oh. These weren’t some lazy garnish tossed in for texture. These were intentional, exceptional, and transformative. Briny, gently acidic, with a pop of umami that cuts through the dip like a violin note in a jazz ensemble. They gave the creamy richness a sharp, unexpected contrast, making each bite feel new. I found myself spearing them with crackers just to savor their tangy snap on their own.

Vin Winery may not be reinventing the wheel, but it is elevating the humble into the unforgettable. Between the beautifully balanced sangria and a shockingly refined French onion dip, it reminds you that sometimes, the most unassuming offerings are where the real magic happens.

Come for the sangria, stay for the mushrooms—and leave wondering why every winery doesn’t aim this high.

We hosted a party here for my sister’s 40th birthday. The venue and staff were awesome! We pre-ordered a bunch of food which was delicious and beautifully displayed but they also timed everything perfectly, keeping an eye when it was running low before bringing out the next items. The service and pricing was also great. We also enjoyed their wine! It’s such a cute set up there and feels like a farm somewhat! Check it out!!
