This year is my first year growing flowers and vegetables, and I’ve visited almost all garden markets in the city. Lacoste is the best one. Everything is beautifully arranged, there’s a wide variety of plants, and the quality is excellent. Plus, the after-sales service is fantastic! My parents also love this store. They often visit and always buy something to take home.

Very friendly staff; clean and organized! So much selection! Just went to look yesterday and saw they had a mini hostas and Cubano oregano I didn't have the chance to plant those this year so please Lacoste supply them for next year again!

Obsessed with this place! I could literally look around for hours!! So many amazing items to look at. The greenhouse smells of fresh flowers and herbs, it’s Devine! Rows and rows of almost every plant you could imagine. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They also have a coffee shop, Fools & Horses, and an outdoor patio to sit, sip and relax. I hope to make it here many times throughout the season.

Favourite garden centre to visit. Lots of selection, found some wonderful herbs you can’t find elsewhere. Prices a great, quality and care of the plants is top notch!

Such a vibrant, fresh , aesthetically set garden centre,treat for the eyes .Starting from the shrub and tree section , which has a good variety of perennial, flowering , shade giving and fruit trees . Most have a warranty of one year and few are with a 5 year warranty. So it doesn’t pinch the pocket to spend on these.

The flower sections is beautifully arranged, staff is friendly , knowledgeable and always ready to help. Plants and flowers have been well marked and labelled. The space is pretty big so even on a busy Saturday it does not feel as though it’s over crowded. Huge selection of pots and garden accessories. Loved the bird feeders, vibrant colours. Indoor pots and decor is also available. Pricing on those seem to be on the higher side though.

Lots of seeds , potting soil and manures available in different sizes, also could see weed control , nets and gardening accessories for front and backyard. A small section is dedicated to clothing, could see some nice pastels and cotton day dresses. Did not check the pricing.

If one is looking for hanging pots and flowers this is THE PLACE, you are spoilt for choice.

Before the billing , right in centre of the indoor section is a nice coffee counter, fools and horses , friendly barista, serving you few coffees and London fog. That’s smart thinking to tie up with the local coffee store to open a take away counter here.

Worth a visit in summers , will be back to pick up a few more.

I wish to give a 0 star if possible. Encountered horrible customer service today. We went there to buy tomato plants that were on sale (30% off regular $5.99) for a pack of 6 i.e. $4.20 after the discount. Some of those packs does not contain 6 plants. So, we spoke to the rep on duty and she confirmed that it will be discounted accordingly for the number of plants each pack contains. So, we took a pack that was containing 3 plants only and presumed to pay $2.10 after discount at the counter. Cashier on duty said it would be $4.20 as those items were on sale already. Will you buy 3 plants for the price of 6 even if it is on sale? Of course NO. Then we decided to buy a pack of six. The rep on duty did not allow us to take a pack of six and decided to come with us at the cash counter as the price should be discounted accordingly. Then the manager on duty came over and said it would be $4.20 for a pack of $3 and started to teach me what double discounting is. I asked her why you started teaching me double discounting here? You are charging me for 3 plants (i.e. $2.99 and with 30% discount it turns to be $2.10). She stopped and said this is how the system is set up and I have to pay $4.20 for 3 plants instead of 6. I said we are done so no further discussion. Then we left the store. The most frustrating part was that the cashiers were looking at each other and started smiling in a way that was very irritating to deal with. I raised that issue to the manager and she said they were smiling at each other to keep the situation calm. It was indeed very humiliating and we are very disappointed today.

Some thoughts to the manager, don't divert the situation in another direction when your system is faulty. Teach your employees to treat your customers nicely rather than teasing them badly when a dispute happens. Actually, what would you expect when the manager is biased and blind? We will never go there again ever. You certainly lost one of your loyal customers today.

Amazing selection of plants could have been there longer.
Staff is super friendly. Customers who were there were very nice. Giving tips and visiting. And believe it or not. They weren't known to each other. A gardening community definitely gathering spot!

A visit to this garden centre is always a treat. Their selection of tropical a house plants is very good as well as their outdoor plants. The gift shop is a trendy collection of items. Their staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. We were lucky to walk away with only a Yucca plant and a few herbs this time. Finished our visit with a tasty coffee from the Fools & Horses outlet. We will be back!!
