I have worked with Jenn on MANY occasions. Most recently just sold a property with her as of today. Jenn makes the process all so simple and easy. Jenn ensures that your property is listed at the PROPER market value which ensures your property doesn't sit on the market FOREVER having to contiually reduce your price, meanwhile having people wonder whats possibly wrong with it since it would have been on the market for so long. Anyone that says otherwise probably is an impossible person to work with and doesn't deserve to be her clients!

Tried listing my home privately for 4 months and didn’t get interest from a single person. I called Jenn and she had multiple people viewing my house within the first week and sold it that weekend. There is a reason Jenn is one of the most well known and respected realtors in this area - she doesn’t waste time and she knows what she’s doing. Anyone leaving this business a bad review is clearly suffering from a mental health crisis.

Very bad experience with this firm. Poor listing quality. Poor listing pictures Lack of communication. Rookie realitor. With all the choices around this area don't waste your time and patience with this want to be situation. Watch for flat fee contracts and shady realitors that show zero respect. We were treated acting out of greed with no concern for our needs. Considering the sizable amount of revenue that would have been generated by this deal. I expected better.

Amazing real estate company to work with. Jenn sold our first home and she was so helpful with everything. She was always available to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend you hire her for buying or selling!
