Hot food bar meals look appetizing but not tasty. The ingredients are way too expensive not to be tastefully prepared. Not sure about the other locations but Newmarket needs to get better chefs.

I just edited my 5 stars review of Natures to 1 and I would give them 0 if I could. It’s been years that I and my family were their costumers and visit this place weekly. We have purchased so many items even though they are overpriced but we thought the costumer service is good and if there is an issue with their products they will handle it with no questions. So it took only couple of cupcakes to show their true layers and awful costumer service plus loosing royal costumers. We purchased a pack of gluten free cupcakes and they tasted weird and felt they went bad. We had our friends over and they said the same thing. When I took them to the store for return the “ store manager “ as she claimed didn’t accept it and said bc I didn’t have the receipt she won’t take it. It is funny that I was buying so many items at the same time and she could see that but decided to talk about their idiotic policy to not accept it instead of investigating the product…then same thing happened when my husband tried to return it again. We decided to never go back to this store and would definitely tell everyone about their insulting behaviour… So good luck with your untrained and unprofessional staff/ “managers “Nature’s emporium….

The store looks like a grocery stores from the 1980s. Very dated inside and super expensive. The prepared foods are so so not the best taste my kid took one bite and spit it out. The one star (instead of 2) is for the bad service the manager seemed more interested in being argumentative and combative then having me walk out a happy customer. Considering the prices the attitude of the staff needs to change but that has to come from top down. I'll switch to Whole foods until they fix things.

I really like this store but don’t just assume that everything is healthy. For example the distilled water has floramines and blue colouring added. Also they carry some of the worst brands of chocolate for heavy metal content.

It's a bit of a trek from the Blue Mountains to Newmarket, especially during winter, but it's always worth the drive. The selection of organic foods is excellent. While it may be more expensive than a regular grocery store, nothing goes to waste. They offer a fantastic variety of hot, ready-to-go soups, fish, chicken, and meat dishes, along with plenty of delicious sides and salads." The fresh produce selection is fantastic as well. Nature's Emporium is an organic awakening and a delightful food shopping experience for me, every week.
