We (Strata) recently had an odd leak in a very difficult place to access. Called Victoria Sprinklers, Adam arrived next day, was able to find the source and made the repair. Adam has been great to deal with: quick response, answers questions, reasonable rates.

Ask for Nathan - he’s the best. So happy with this service. We recently purchased our home And it came with the sprinkler system we didn’t know how to operate.

Nathan explained how to use the system, ran through all the cycles to make sure no bushes were blocking anything, replaced two broken sprinklers that the previous owners had driven over and adjusted our system for optimal performance.

I contacted Victoria Garden Sprinkler about having a large job done on my property. I received a timely response when settng up the estimate and in all other correspondences until it came time to schedule. During the estimate phase, I was told there was a discount for off season work, so even though my estimate was done in the summer, I opted to have the work done when I could receive the discount. I figured they wouldn't tell me about the discount if they didn't want me to take advantage of it.
When I told Eric I wanted the work done in the winter, he said no problem and that he would get in touch to schedule the work closer to winter.

As January rolled around and I hadn't heard back, I contacted Victoria Garden Sprinkler twice and both times was told someone would be in contact. I even spoke to Eric, the owner, directly and he said he would reach out after he went on holiday. It's now almost the end of February (after their winter discount would apply) and I have yet to hear anything.

I've since gone with Graeme's Irrigation and couldn't be happier with their work.
