As others have said, do not drive by this one! Tucked away off the highway on an exit, it's easy to miss! Family owned and operated its nice now more than ever to support the small guys. Having a tasting bar and couches to be able to do a tasting is a great touch, and caters to people on different time constraints! I was in for a quick tasting and opted for the tasting bar experience. The staff are great and so knowledgeable! The wines are FANTASTIC, seriously. Reds are aged for minimum of 5 years before release and wow! I purchased a grand vin, 2 cab francs, the super tasty Cab franc rose, and amazing Sauv Blanc! Stop in here if you're a serious wine drinker.

This winery is a hidden gem in the southern Okanagan. A wonderful family business with lovely educated staff. Their wine club event was the highlight of my trip to the Okanagan this year! Make sure to check out their library of fine wines. A must stop!!

One of the more underrated wineries in the area. The Gill family have been growing high quality grapes for their own wine and others for many years. Winemaker Val Tait takes great care & pride in ushering these grapes to full expression with some standout reds that are excellent value for money. Jesci Parsons is everyone’s favourite wine club manager and all-round hospitality champion. Gold Hill is unpretentious and authentic.

Visited the tasting room today and was greeted by Jessie. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Helped me find and purchase 2 bottles of Pinot Noir as thank you gifts and even wrapped them for me!! She went above and beyond for me and I hope Gold hill winery knows what a total gem they have in Jessie! Thank you for your service today

Thoroughly enjoyed our tasting at Gold Hill! The staff were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Will for sure be back next year. A must visit for any red wine enthusiast! The 2018 Cabernet Franc is exceptional!

Always look forward to stopping in to Gold Hill Winery! The staff are all very lovely, knowledgeable about the wines, and never make you feel bad for not knowing a lot about wine. The ladies there are happy to tailor the tasting to more information based on the wine making process, but also stepped aside and let us chat about it within our group! I love that! Our group enjoys wine, but aren’t serious about the information and process that goes into making it. We are the type of people that if it tastes good to us then we’re happy!

Both their Gold Hill label and Charisma label are equally good; two different price points that tailor to different crowds and different budgets! So don’t let their prices discourage you because there’ll always be something there for you!

We’ve shared this wine with friends and family and everytime we bring over a bottle we always know we are bringing authentic Okanagan wine. So you’ll definitely want to stop here if those things are important to you

Great family owned vineyard, was amazing meeting the people behind the winery. I loved the award winning merlot they had in their taste testing. Took a case of wine home and subscribed to the wine club so I can enjoy these wines back home !

Shelly was a sparkling conversationalist and a great guide through the many delicious wines at Gold Hill. None of the pretentiousness, all of the charm, and great flavours—pear, tropical spice, smoked figs, light, full, and everything in between. I haven’t visited all of the many wineries in the city, but I’d come here again just to spend more time talking and drinking in her company.
