Big place but lineup to pay was long and slow. 2 family size General Mills cereal with yogurt promo was not honoured by Cashier 1 or customer service. False advertising when thought I took a photo of the promo on aisle 2. Time of dispute was: Today @ 12:10.

My partner subscribes to the PC Delivery service. Prior to our move to Newmarket we received our orders on time in Aurora and Richmond Hill.

Today is the third time we've received our orders 30+ minutes past the delivery window. We were not notified of any delay and had to call several times to find out the order hadn't been picked up, let alone it being en-route.

We have received dented cans, expired produce (twice) and expired grass fed beef.

As the service was fine in other regions, it's obvious that the fault is local. No attempt to compensate us was made by the rep on the phone.

I suggest using other delivery services as we will surely do in the future.

Their freezer units (the ones with open tops) seem to have malfunctioned. So be careful buying any frozen produce. The food items that lay near the top are all squishy to the touch, which is scary for a frozen section. So please be careful. You could really get sick from improperly stored food.

I was supposed to have my grocery order delivered today between 4:30pm-5:30pm and my order was 45 late past the delivery time. I had to call the store 3 times to figure out what time my delivery driver was coming. At least have the curtesy to call the customer to tell them you are going to be late and provide a ETA. Very disappointed in the customer service overall.

Cart person needs to be replaced immediately. I have seen him on MULTIPLE accounts screaming as he is grabbing the carts, punching the carts, banging the carts, getting extremely close to peoples cars to the point of almost hitting them, without a care in the world. Draws so much attention and seems to scare kids (and adults) with all of his yelling and foul language. I understand he may have a disability but this is not appropriate. Something needs to be done.

I like this store, all in one place, very convenient. Even beer and wine.
Always fresh produce, good selection of meats and poultry and other products.
Just once had a bad experience with purchasing batteries, they were on sale.
Other than that, all good. Recommend

Nice huge store with all kinds of selections but getting help finding things is a little difficult.
