The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store carries many items which are priced very fairly, especially if you have an account with them. The showroom is great for when you want to see how to utilize the equipment they sell.

Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to do my shopping here for my indoor gardening needs.

These guys have everything you need for an amazing garden! While the store is largely geared to the cannabis grower, don't be intimidated if you are seeking to maximize your veg and fruit game! Tyler and Summer offer great advice, service, and support, and I couldn't be happier with my new greenhouse hydroponic system they set me up with. Prices are on par with amazon, and sometimes better, so don't hesitate to shop here! These guys helped me from seeding in February and growing indoors, through to the flourishing tomato, pepper, and eggplant explosion you see in the pics below! I especially appreciated their help and support when I ran into a blossom end rot issue, and they helped me fully resolve that.

I bought a couple of Aerogarden off marketplace and wanted an alternative to purchasing expensive pods as not sure hydroponics is for me. The gentleman spent time going through my options. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases. Highly recommend this store!

Wanted to share my experience with this store. I stopped in at PNWGS Surrey location. I had called in earlier in the morning asking if they carried a certain product. After work when I got to the store for pick up I was warmly welcomed as I entered the store . I mentioned that I called in earlier in the morning about a tent and your Employee James remembered my call and name and was on it! Want to say this is a great employee and every company should have a James working for them. Sold me on a few more products. Was full of valuable information and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend anyone to check out this store. Thanks James for making me feel welcomed as soon as I came in and taking the time to sort me out.
