My husband went into the store today and asked for chick grit for baby chicks and was sold adult grit with silica. He doesn’t normally handle the chicks, so he trusted the staff’s recommendation. If I hadn’t caught the mistake, it could have seriously harmed or even killed our baby chicks. Staff should be better informed when customers clearly ask for products for young animals.

Terrible customer service. I went there to purchase some fence post and saw they only had a few outside which were crooked and bad shape so I ask the gentleman there if they had any more better ones and he said yes we have a new pile out back but I'm not bringing them out till the rest out front were gone first .Even after I told him the ones left out there were no good .What a jerk .zI won't be back

I love this store. Always get my dog's flea and tick meds here, and some good treats. I love the flags they have, and I have bought some over the past couple years. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from the staff. Very clean, we'll organized store with both livestock and pet products. Feed is never too dusty! Would have given 5 stars if staff were a little more knowledgeable in the livestock feed they sell. Also due to the fact that the store is missing a few items normally found in a country coop such as fencing hardware. Overall, I love this store.

Not a bad store, but not my favourite. Never seems to be much on sale, and often can't find simple things I'm looking for, for my chickens or property compared to a co-op or peavey mart. Otherwise, clean stores with friendly staff.

Generally, service is not too bad. But today however, four people behind the counter nobody else in the store but myself and my young daughter. One of them on their cell phone, and three others talking amongst them selves; I was looking for a few things and looked over at them to see if they noticed I was in the store. They never asked if I needed any help at any point, until I was leaving and at which point I said to them, there are four of you behind the counter and not one of you ask if I needed any help. Of course they ask at that point, but it was too late.
