I felt a lump on Bubby’s jaw and thought he might have a tooth issue which could be very serious for rabbits. I left a message for Carling Animal Hospital late at night. They called me back the next morning and booked Bubby in right away! The nurse and Doctor were both extremely thorough. They were so calm, patient and Bubby was unbelievably relaxed. The lump was just Bubby’s jaw bone. I over reacted. The Doctor was so great about it and let me know that I was right to bring him in just in case. I felt a lot better. The professionalism and caring from every member of the staff at Carling Animal Hospital is bar none. I would recommend Carling Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

I have my first puppy Cavapoo and I needed a Vet. I had no idea where to go? A friend that has a beautiful dog, told me about this place. Wow I am so happy I called this place. For a first time pet owner, this is the perfect place! I can not say enough about this place! The staff are amazing and the Doctor took her time to explain everything and listen to my thousands of questions. Thank You to all for an amazing experience as newbie !

Dr. Ballantine was great with my hamster Clancy. He was very nervous but she did her best to examine him thoroughly. She took her time to explain my options and answer all my questions. I could feel that she really cared for his best interest and she gave practical advice and solutions. Thank you!

One of the best Cat hospitals ? Reasonable prices and they take wonderful care of your cats... They actually care about the cat more than money.. And being a pet parent you need someone to treat your pets with equal love you have for them. I got Drake's(my cat) neauter surgery and booster vaccinations from here .Amazing services

We love the Carling animal hospital! Cubs (our 3 year old Australian shepherd) loves all the attention and love that he gets from everyone! We are always well taken care of and very patient when we are scared. They even go above and beyond and they get down to his level. Huge shout-out to Carter! The first friendly voice / face we receive every time we call or arrive.

Our border collie has some kind of growth on her neck, which to us is very concerning. My wife took Saddie to the hospital this morning and was asked to come back between 12 noon and 2pm. She did and was told that they were not taking new patients and sent us away. I have read previous reviews which said this hospital was caring. APPARENTLY NOT. Any caring hospital would not have sent our Saddie away. This business appears to be nothing more than another solely profit concerned business.
