There's yet to be an occasion where I've visited the store that there wasn't some kind of issue. This ranges from store hours incorrectly posted on this app as well as the websites, crotchety staff behaving like bar bouncers because they don't want you browsing with a backpack on, staffs unwillingness to further customer service beyond "this is where*insert product* is, this is all we have" and walking to the end of the isle to observe you. When there is a greater volume of models and quantity else where.
On top of this the frontage of the store is in desperate need of updating as aside from a 4'x4' sign you'd not know it's a home hardware.
It is a small town but the bars gotten unacceptably low.
Hope for and look forward to better shopping experiences

All was good ! I found a couple of items I wanted, one other they just not exactly what I was looking for. Staff are friendly and helpful !

The Lumber side. The service is good. Just don't go with a smile on your face. Not friendly. The store side is excellent.
