Just returned home from an amazing experience at True North! I had the pleasure of being served by Sierra this evening, but literally love all the staff there. I appreciate the knowledge they have and how willing they are to answer questions and have NEVER left with a product I didn't like. They also have an amazing selection!! Tonight I was walked through buying an accessory I hadn't tried before by Sierra and came home and absolutely loved it! My favourite North End dispensary!

Absolutely Terrible customer service today at approximately 4pm. My husband was let in then rudely told to wait while an employee clocked out...understandable to wait for this to happen however, it didn't end there. The employees decided to ignore him for another five minutes and then talk to each other about how terrible the company is and about some chick on social media. Then turned around rudely said here not how are you no acknowledgment. Will not be dealing with this store again extremely sad to see how far this store loss their vision. Without your customers there will be no company remember that. Treat everyone with respect because you would not like walking into a place of business and be treated exactly how you are treating your customers today. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS IN FORT ERIE WHERE YOU ARE RESPECTED.

some of the best customer service I've experienced at a cannabis shop. staff always helpful, friendly, and informative. never felt mislead or like I was trying to be upsold on anything other than what I went in for. highly recommend for all your needs!

Store has been closed today never opened at 10am and still not at 1250 pm says open should have a note to let people now there not going to open waisted gas to drive there to pick order up 3 times now and still not open not good client care if they can't be at store when it's supposed to be open they should put closed and a note at least to not waist are time coming for nothing

Truth North Cannabis Fort Erie - good mojo walking into this place. The most friendly, pleasant staff - and when a budtender has your profile up as soon as you walk through that door . . . that's pretty amazing. Thanks Olive !
Prices are probably the most competitive within town and they will price match - ask your True North budtender for more details.

I want to come in and shop, but any purchase I make feels like it gets added to a list of things to no longer stock. I've had 4 things that I preferred to buy stopped getting stocked. Not even the whole brand either, just the one particular item I buy from that brand. I'm at a loss for what to do, because each time I find something that I like, that makes it stop being stocked
