If you haven’t been to this Fort Erie Rona, I suggest you go check it out . I’ve personally gone here for all my supplies for years and Jeff, Phyllis, Mike, Art, and all the other guys and gals at this Fort Erie Rona branch are some of the friendliest and nicest staff I have met at any construction supply place. They always go above and beyond to be helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t take my word for it go check these guys out yourself

Let me first say that any comments about bad customer service should be completely ignored! I'm a single mom renovating my house with little to no knowledge of what the heck I'm doing. Every time I go to the Fort Erie Rona The staff takes extra time to explain to me how parts work, what tools might be needed and explain a step-by-step process on what I need to do. If a part is not available at their store, they've given me detailed instructions on what I need and send me somewhere that may have what I need in stock. They have been lifesavers!

Thank you Fort Erie Rona staff for making these projects a lot less intimidating and giving me the confidence and advice to complete my tasks 🙂

Went in this morning as the plastic dispenser of a product I bought had broken, likely due to my own fault. I asked if I could buy a new dispenser. The manager gave me a new dispenser for free. When I was paying for a purchase shortly afterwards I thanked him for the great service. He gave me a 20% discount on the single item I was buying. This was both a surprise and not a surprise at all.

I have gone in for a handful of bulk bolts and been given a spontaneous discount.

I have gone in seeking obscure products that no one stocks anymore and the staff have gone out of their way to look up competitors who carry them and provide me with phone numbers and directions.

Has every visit been perfect? No, but the staff is clearly oriented to respecting customers no matter how little they spend.

First given wrong insulation product then returned and had to go with a different product for size.The gentleman in the yard said it had a different square footage but when I went to the desk so I could pay any difference I questioned the coverage and was told it was the same.I was happy to get a refund of almost $10 but when I unloaded it I found it was only half the Sq ft.Since I was already paying someone I decided to just push it and get more thus doubling my original expenditure. I decided to go online and found a product at Home Depot that had double the coverage for about $15 more. Needles to say with all this I won't be returning to Rona but will now deal elsewhere.I have been a loyal customer for years doing lots of renovation but this is ridiculous
