Always helpful. John Deere equipment has proven to be by far and away the most reliable we have ever used. It can be a bit pricey at times but there is real value in the price difference.

Had my John Deer tractor started 5 times this spring. Took it to Green Tractors for the Spring service special. They started it and drove it off our trailer. They phoned and said it was ready to be picked up.
Arrived and the tractor wouldn’t start. Loose wires under the hood. A new battery had been installed against my wishes. Our old battery wouldn’t be returned by them. Mechanics installed a new Cellenoid on site without any discussion.
So we went from a working, drivable tractor on arrival to one that wouldn’t even start when told it was ready to be picked up.
Poor, poor customer service experience. Take your tractors elsewhere…….we are going to!

I work at Rona Home and Garden and i am a dealer of John Deere products, I have never experienced such great customer service. Adam the service manager and James in the parts department treated me extremely well and got everything i needed for replacements within a week. On behalf of Rona, i strongly recommend doing business through Green Tractors. Excellent service, kept me posted on when they ordered my product and how long it was going to take. Very impressed. Thanks again guys.

My son has been using Green Tractors for maintenance for his mowers for a few years and we have never had any issues. At the start of each mowing season, he gets maintenance done, and they said the spark plugs, oil changed, air filters, etc were all done. However since April he has noticed there has been issues with one of his mowers and today decided to remove the spark plug, and its pitch black.. I called up their service department, and the response I got was "Well your using it aren't you?"
I dunno, for less than 100 hours of run time, I was told by three other small engine people that no it should not look like this if the plug was changed.

I’ve probably just been unlucky to deal with the same person every time, but I find it amazing how someone can come off as condescending and incompetent at the same time.. multiple experiences. Found an official John Deere branded part for 1/4 the price at Home Depot that they were quoting at this place. $49 vs $194.

There are better options. The JD place out by Napanee seems to be more pleasant to deal with.

Zero customers at the parts counter today and had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged. Finally when he was “free” decided to ask what I want. I got about 3 words out of him.. Billy I think his name was.
Just terrible customer services. Billy needs a hug or weeks off

I like this store. Good selection of Stihl equipment, acessories, and parts. The last time I was there I needed little screw. They sold me just the one for about a dollar. I am sure it would have be need cheaper to just give it to me. Good service.
