Second experience:
I received a call from them about a week ago reminding me I had sent flowers to my dear friend last year for their birthday, and did I want to do so again this year?
I thought this was such great marketing, they called me!
I didn’t have to look them up again or even remember what I did last year.
Of course I wanted to send flowers again, in my experience this was so simple and made me look great.
When speaking with my friend, she said they called her and wished her happy birthday, they worked out a time that would work best for the delivery and also gave her the option of picking it up, AND if pick up was easiest they would give her some chocolates worth the same as the shipping amount I had been charged.
Again, I thought this was a great idea and solution making it easy for the receiver to pick whatever option worked best.
This company is easy to work with and has great customer service.
Flowers were also beautiful again, my friend was thrilled.

Flowers looked great when they arrived. And it was delivered when she had returned home from work which I greatly appreciated.

The staff at Jackman's are all so kind and helpful. I always use them directly as the florist of choice for delivering flowers to my family in the North Bay area. I live in California and they make it so easy to select and place my order internationally. And their follow up is amazing! You know the recipient is going to get their flowers as expected, and they are proactive about tracking the person down so they are ensured to get their flowers fresh! I never have to worry about any order or the quality.

The recipient of my gift thought the arrangement was beautiful. However you added a balloon which i did not want. She appreciated the option of picking it up herself and her granddaughter loved the chocolates. But she was disappointed to see so few fresh flowers in your shop. Thank you for your good service.

The flowers that were sent were not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a European basket that cost about $300 and was very disappointed with what was delivered.

Update: After posting my original unsatisfactory review, I received a call from Brenda at Jackman’s flowers and they refunded 2/3 of the price I paid. That’s what I asked for as they did send flowers. I am impressed with a company that strives hard to guarantee customer satisfaction. I would now recommend Jackman’s Flowers.
