We have just had our weeping tiles replaced with Underground Solutions in North Bay. Eric and his team came highly recommended from an acquaintance that had them complete some repair work in the winter months. The lead for our project was Armand, who is extremely knowledge and just an all-around fantastic contractor. He made sure to communicate with us throughout the process and we could not have been happier with the results. This was a BIG (and very expensive) project and after meeting with multiple companies, we decided to go with Underground Solutions because they took the time to fully explain the process and the costs involved. While this was a considerable investment, we have no doubt that it will be worth every penny. Because they are the best, there is a waiting list, but they are absolutely worth the wait! Thank you so much for taking the time to ensure everything was done to your high-standards – it really shows that you all love what you do and are dedicated to your customers. Huge thanks goes out to Eric & his team (Underground Solutions) for their top notch work in assessing and repairing our sewer line this past winter. We had a slow drain issue that Eric was able to assess with his underground drain line camera — turns out a tree root had damaged our 65 year old sewer drain pipe. His crew came in January and completed the repair project in a couple of days with very little disruption to our household water access. The new system has been working very well without any flaws. Eric’s crew returned in June , once the snow had melted, and leveled the yard with top soil and applied grass seed. Now our yard is green again. From start to finish, excellent work! Eric and his team were amazing to work with - our realtor hired him and he was able to quickly get us an appoinment for an inspection. The day of the inspection he found there to be a major problem with the septic. He explained to us what needed to be done and booked us in. Eric and his team then installed our new septic in one day, doing an amazing job might I add. Our house then sold within a month after our new septic being put in. HIGHLY recommended! Underground Solutions took care of our on going water problems in our yard. Our backyard was a swap land and it never drained properly and often our sump pump inside couldn't keep up and we would get water in our basement. Eric the owner and his team put in proper drainage and we now have a usable back yard to enjoy. Eric was fantastic efficient and fair and we won't hesitate to call on him again. Thanks Eric

They worked into November in the cold and snow to get the septic field replaced, and were quick to come back this spring to finish the job.
