I placed an order a couple of days ago for a 1 cubic yard bag of clear stone to be delivered to my house. I specified that the delivery should be placed in the boulevard between the sidewalk and curb because the driveway is freshly paved. I also mentioned it was garbage day, and the person assured me that the driver would figure it out. I specifically requested to avoid the driveway.

However, when the delivery next day, I was at work, no one called me. The driver spoke with my wife and placed the bulk yard of gravel obstructing my driveway. My wife would never agree to this. She mentioned to him that she needed space to take out the car, thinking he would place it in the boulevard, not in the middle of the driveway (my house is clearly a semi-detached). As you can see in the attached picture, this is unacceptable. I had to remove it myself just to be able to park my car, which took me close to 2 hours after a typical workday.

I understand there might have been a mistake regarding the bag order versus bulk, but it's hard to comprehend how someone could think this placement was acceptable. Not only did it obstruct my driveway, but it also damaged the freshly paved ramp.

They told me to send them pictures and that they would call me back, but they never did.

I purchased 2 cubic yards of triple mix soil from Acorn.The service and delivery was ok but the soil quality is not good. It's more like a sand mixed with the wood chips. Totally under par to the Big yellow bag that I ordered last year. I'm very disappointed and will never again buy anything from this company. If you're looking for garden soil, look somewhere else.

We ordered patio stones, gravel, limestone screening, and polymeric sand from them last summer and this summer, when we needed a fire pit kit and stones for a bench, we went right back to Acorn. Their customer service is superb, the prices are fair and equal to their competitors, and if they don’t have something in stock, they will order it for you. Delivery is quick and the guys care about their customers. I had an issue with my order after delivery (my fault entirely) and it was corrected in a few hours, with new stock delivery coming to me within a week. This is on top of accommodating my rush order and having it to me EARLY! Cannot recommend Acorn enough!

Excellent customer service, it is apparent that they truly care about their customers.
Not only did they have material in stock that was not available anywhere else, it was offered at a competitive price with reasonable shipping fees. I will be dealing with Acorn Landscape Supplies much more after my 2 very successful and efficient transactions with them.
I always got a person on the phone when I called and they were pleasant, sincere, easy to deal with, very patient, and were prompt in every way.
I highly recommend calling them for all your Landscape needs.

I was able to reach someone immediately with my first call. Information on product was very helpful and accurate. Delivery was set for next day, but after checking the weather, it was going to rain all day next day. I called back Acorn and ask if I could have my delivery that same day and they said they will try their best and would let me know. I called back an hour later and was told I was the next one up for delivery. Delivery was made as per request and the 2 different materials I purchase was kept seperate. For me that's exceptional service, where everything met my expectations and I was able to complete my work prior to the wet cold day the following day. Thank you.

Highly recommend. Customer service is #1 with these guys. They offer great selection of material with lots in stock. Great communication, I always get a person answering the phone whenever I call. They are very prompt in confirming if they have material and will get back to you right away.
