Kelly of Polka Dot Door is the best in the biz! Not only is she beyond delightful to talk to, she is also an incredibly talented florist who just 'knows' how to bring the floral vision to life. We hired Kelly to do our flowers at Spirit Ridge in Osoyoos, and she absolutely nailed it. She prides herself on doing 'double duty' arrangements. So, the stunning arch florals for the rooftop ceremony were moved to the reception table. Absolutely loved it! I asked for soft pinks and whites, and the bouquets and arrangements exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for setting up, arranging and curating the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding, Kelly! You're the best! xo

Kelly was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! Long story short, could never reccomend her enough!! We had a bit of a hiccup due to weather 2 days prior to our wedding where we had to switch our entire ceremony site, and Kelly totally cheered me up and did NOT disappoint! People actually thought that the new ceremony site looked even better than the original strictly based on her amazing florals. I don't know if I have the words to describe how INCREDIBLE Kelly and her team are at Polka Dot Door Florals. She seriously made my wedding floral dreams come to life and then some. She was so easy to work with from the beginning and every time we were in town or I went to her shop, we would chat like old friends. She truly is the sweetest person and is so talented. I had looked up her incredible work on Instagram and just told her my colours, that I hate babies breathe, and let her take it from there and I was IN LOVE. She constantly went above and beyond for me throughout the process and I can never thank her enough. Not to mention she is INCREDIBLY affordable. I never thought I could get the florals I did within my budget, but I got that and then some. I stumbled on Kelly and her shop by pure accident 2 summers ago when I was at Nikki Dawns photography studio getting information about booking her for my wedding in July of 2018. Fresh flowers were an absolute must for me when we decided we were going to get married in the Okanagan. We went next door and there she was. She was so friendly, happy and cheerful and she beyond easy to work with, especially for someone like me, I plan events for a living in Edmonton where I live. We emailed a few times over the winter and I felt super comfortable being real with her, sending her photos of what I wanted, a giant huge cascade bouquet for myself with lighter colors and when she personally delivered them to my parents’ house the morning of my wedding in Oliver I was overcome with emotion. It’s when the entire enormity of the situation became really real! They were amazing and way better then the hundreds of photos I sent to her from pint-rest and google. I tried hard not to cry but too bad! Thank god the makeup artist was still there to fix me up! better yet it was 29 the day of the wedding and the flowers had no issues always looking perfect, they never wilted or got yucky. My parents kept them at their house for the gift opening the next day, and then my mom let me know they had lasted WELL over a week after the wedding. Very impressed. Now when I send Mom anything for her birthday or mother’s day I always purchase from Kelly and the Polka Dot Door. I will never be able to thank her enough for exceeding my expectations.
