I went to the store to return a product i had bought 2 weeks ago, they would not give me a refund unless I had a receipt. The home hardware 5 min away accepts returns without a receipt, they scan the product and find it in their computer and offer the refund. When i mentioned this to the owner.. he said it would be too much. They know I bought the product, I have a copy of it on my Mastercard statement and they refused to refund me. Poor customer service.

There are always enough, well informed staff to help us find what we need amidst a large amount of household items. How do they fit it all in there? Has a quaint country style feel. Always a good experience!

Reasonable selection of home improvements products as well as some building products (plywood, 2x4 and 2x6, etc.) Shane is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I love Norwood Home Hardware! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly! When I call they are super helpful regarding stock and when I’m in the store they make sure I get what I need and are happy to answer any questions! The prices are fair and the paint is good quality. So thankful they are a part of Norwood and we don’t have to trek out of town.

MAKE SURE THEY DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER.
I usually have a good experience at this store however I just called in an order for an orbital sander. I was quoted $64. When I got to the store I waited in line for 45 minutes for my turn to pick up and pay for my order. They wanted to charge me $112. When I told them that I was quoted $64 on the phone they directed me to an incorrect separate product that was not what we discussed. Then they offered me a couple of cheaper and inferior products. Did nothing to make it right just shrugged and said sorry.
So as I said above before you spend 45 minutes in line waiting to pick up an incorrectly-priced order make sure they double check it before you make the drive.

I asked the store manager if they had a particular faucet that cost $87. He did not, but then said he had 2 others that were very similar. These two were priced at $110 but he said he would match the price of the one I had originally wanted. He then placed it in the back with the quoted price and my name on it. Outstanding !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
