Very impressed with the communications from Dr Bennett and staff. Brought my sick cat to them and they contacted me several times about what was happening and what my prices/choices/suggestions were. Unfortunately my Kitty was sicker then we thought and was euthanized. All staff were very professional and helpful and made this very hard day easier with the service they provided. Thank you

I’ve heard a few horror stories of this vet clinic, and I’m so sorry to hear them knowing I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. I’ve had my cat and dog there within the last year for emergencies, they were well cared for and the vets were super nice and took the time to explain things to me when needed. My cat required surgery and a few days stay (which is obviously expensive) and they were super hard to get ahold of to find out when he could come home or how he was doing, but when I did get ahold of them they were very apologetic for being busy (they were on call that week) I have no issues with bringing my pets there again if needed. Staff were super nice to me in my experiences.

I've been going here for years and it's nice to see the same staff. I am sad none of the vets in town do emergency after hours calls anymore, but I guess this town has alot of pets and not many clinics. I give them kudos for being friendly, patient and acomidating despite how busy they are.

This vet clinic took us in as an emergency
Quoted us $800. We took our cat in for a check up they said $1600. We refused the x-rays because the quote on the phone was doubled. Paid $700 and a bit. Took our cat home and gave him medications prescribed. Finished those and he was still peeing everywhere. Bought him diapers a few times. After the meds were done still no change so caved and took him for x-rays (father in law had just passed away so we couldn't go through another loss) paid another $800. Still waiting for the results the doctor went on holidays and was supposed to call us two days ago but nothing. Surprise our cat is doing amazing we have not had to put a diaper on him in two days. But where is our phone call?

Have been going there for years with all of my pets. Great experience each time. Last year my dog Scout was attacked by a dog and we brought him in as an emergency. They were amazing with him and constantly provided updates, and let us come see him. When he passed they even sent us flowers. Our new dog had an emergency tonight and they explained everything thoroughly. It was very easy to get a hold of them as well and they have great communication. We are very thankful for this clinic and all they do❤️

On December 6, my dog had passed away. I took her to the clinic and was charged almost $300 to have her cremated. At the time I was told it would be 2 weeks until she was back home. Which I was okay with. 2 weeks go by and I call and I was told she was only being shipped to Edmonton that day!! I was irate considering I was told I would have my baby home for Christmas. We are now on Jan.2 and I can't get ahold of anybody at this clinic to find out when my baby will be home peacefully. I've never ever felt so disregarded in my life with something that is so dear to my heart. It's not just a dog....she was my everything....
