Sonia was an incredible support in planning my daughter’s bridal shower. From recommending what to order to what serving platers work best to keep food warm, it was perfect. Looking for a caterer for your backyard intimate event? STOP your search / this is the best! We had a backyard celebration for 50 guests in early August during a brutal heatwave that caused so much added stress.
But the calm and professional team of Lina and Tom completely took that stress away. The food was exactly what we hoped for and my family and friends were treated like first class and the feedback afterwards made me so proud ? The owner Sonia treats you like family the minute you reach her. She’s very busy and takes each booking as the most important booking- be patient ,shes busy, but after working with her i know why…. Parlatos is built on including each customer as member of her big friendly family!

Sonia was incredibly helpful with organizing our 3 day event. She offered the perfect variety of food for each day. The food was delicious and so flavourful, everyone loved the food! It was freshly made and still warm and the variety was perfect for all of our team members with dietary restrictions. Lina was an amazing host/server for our evening event! We had our small vegan wedding catered by Parlatos and they were absolutely amazing! From the beginning Sonia was amazing to work with - provided us amazing options - all vegan - for our menu and followed through at each step! Such a pleasant experience.

Our guests are still writing to us about how amazing the food was, especially the eggplant parmigiana (some couldn't believe everything on our menu was vegan).

I used Parlato's Catering for my wedding and they did not disappoint. We had a passed appetizers and live food stations style set up and it was delicious! The pizza and pasta was amazing and they were very accommodating to different food sensitivities including gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, etc. The dessert table was beautiful and chocolate fondue was a huge hit. All the staff were very kind and friendly as well. Would definitely book again!

Parlato's Catering provided all the food and servers for our Cocktail Party Wedding Reception, and Sonia and her team were fantastic! The food was amazing, all my guests raved about it during and after the reception. Her staff were very attentive to us during photos, and kept track of family favourites and made sure to keep everyone satisfied. There were like an extension of our family at the reception, it was truly a pleasure having them there, and we would recommend them highly to anyone who asked, and we plan to use them again for our next celebration!

On June 17, your team of Chef Alex and Server Lina arrived at our event and we immediately knew that we were in good hands. They swiftly set up everything, and Lina warmly hosted the service bringing care and genuine kindness to every interaction with our guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and chef Alex plated each course beautifully - the caprese salad, followed by rack of lamb, and finished with exquisite chocolate mousse! Then before we knew it, they had cleaned everything up spic and span and departed. They were an exceptional team, and you should be proud having them represent your company. Thank you Parlato’s!
