Kurtis and his team are incredibly friendly and kind. There is a great selection of products here that cater to all of your household and culinary needs.

It is clear to me that they are a community minded business and are willing to go above and beyond to assist and help you find what you need.

One of the best grocery stores in Trail !

After writing this review, Kurtis reached out to me and gave me a very professional apology, all I was after. Still won’t be 5 stars in my opinion but will increase rating since he was professional and respectful towards me.

After spending thousands of dollars on groceries over the past few years , I had a gift card that the code came off as I scratched it. I simply went in there to see if they can do anything about that but instead, I got accused that I was trying to scam them $30 of a gift card. I will no longer be coming back to this place to do any kind of shopping.

Customer service is the worst here then any store I have ever been in! Go to Ferraro Foods and get A-1 service from a family that knows the grocery business!
