mon mari est allé pour faire des double de clef a 3 reprise il a demandé a la caissière si elle pouvais appeler le commis et au bout de 20 minute il n'etais toujours pas là alors je suis allé au home dépôt et là bas le service est a 5 étoiles jai ete servis en moin de 4 minute et avec un beau sourire

I ordered items to be delivered on same day and paid extra.
They called me later in the day that they cannot deliver same day I will have to come and pickup.
They refunded me delivery and promised to give me a rental van for free.
And they didn’t only give me a scrappy van that has safety issues as soon as it goes beyond 60KM/h speed and I press brake it shakes like hell.
I asked to speak to a manager they said he is off today, but co-incidentally pizza is getting delivered ordered by manager.
And be careful do not rent any van from here. The van that I rented has a safety hazard and they claim that there is nothing wrong with it and they charged me extra $250 for that that I was unable to make it back on time because I had to drive slow

They had what i wanted, these nylon or plastic bolts, that no other store i went to had (other rona in FL, or home depot), but no bag to put them in, or pencil to write the number down. Good price.

We purchased a washer from Rish back in January. She is super friendly , knowledgeable, kind and assisted us with all our questions. She gave us the time and attention we needed and explained every thing . Thank you for your wonderful service and dedication and the great job that you do!

My family went to RONA and a foam product exploded in the aisle while they were browsing the manager on duty on June 29th around 7:30 pm DID NOT help them clean up, or ask them if they were okay or offer them any discounts even though everyone’s clothes, hair and hands are stained and the employees agreed they should be discounted. They closed the aisle and told them to simply move. The product is not coming out of clothes or hair or off skin. We’ve been coming here for years, high disappointed with the customer service displayed. Will never come back here and expect to be contacted as soon as possible. Absolutely inconsiderate behaviour displayed. Photos have been added!

Thank you so much to Sam.
We are starting a bathroom renovation & he truly went above & beyond to be help us. He steered us away from an item that was recalled & helped us track down 3 major components to components we needed for delivery.
Unfortunately his location was out of stock with one item & he called to another location to make sure they had all items so we could still get them on sale.
He stayed in good spirits, laughing & smiling even though the sale went to another location. With wonderful service like this we will absolutely be coming back to pick up the remaining items at the Sunridge location.

Hello, I don’t generally leave reviews for much of anything, but felt like how I was treated at this Rona needed to be shared. I am selling my home and was feeling overwhelmed, too many projects and not enough expertise in products or how to see my projects through to the end. Not to mention just being out of my element. A fellla, Basil, worked with me then past me over to his manager to further help me. I thought oh boy here we go, now what?….. well Sam, the store manage, rose to the occasion. He was not only knowledgeable but was competent and helped me work through my list, found the best deals and really stood out as a person, manager, who went above and beyond. His entire team listened and were focused and respectful. Overall an excellent experience for someone trying to get their reno jobs done and not break the bank. Thank you Sam, Basil and that lovely lady in customer service, and the rest of your team! Outstanding
