I keep trying to give you guys a chance and you just keep dropping the ball. I was happy you brought back the buffalo chicken basket but sure would be nice if you actually gave some sauce. 3rd time in a row where it's like you dipped the strips in the buffalo sauce and then out in the container. I understand the price of everything has gone up - but making the food worse is not the way to keep customers.

I ordered chicken bites but the front cashier giving me chicken strips, then i complain why i got chicken strips, i order chicken bites but the cashier she said to me,. Thats your order chicken bites. You have to listen to the costumer what they want to order before you selected to the computer, and later on one of the staff said to me ok i we can replaced it, that’s why I don’t replace it because i need to wait again..if there is 0 rate i will do it…

There was a mix up with the Dairy Queen app and my order was sent to an incorrect store and hour away. The manager Kevin still honoured my order and made sure I left with my food anyways! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location!

I WENT THROUGH the DRIVE-THRU to BUY
2 LARGE BLIZZARDS and I ASKED for 2 of the SUPERMAN CUPS for a GIFT for a CHILD.
I was TOLD that I would HAVE to PAY EXTRA
for the 2 CUPS of 25 CENTS EACH and WHEN
I SPOKE to the MANAGER and MENTIONED that
NO OTHER FAST FOOD STORE CHARGES EXTRA for SUCH MINISCULE ITEMS…..
HE ADVISED ME that “NOTHING is FREE!!!”

I REMEMBER EATING HERE about 2 YEARS AGO and NOTICED the BURGER SIZES are MUCH SMALLER than ANY OTHER DAIRY QUEEN, SUCH as AT EITHER NANTON or HIGH RIVER and I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to NOT VISIT THIS
CLARESHOLM DAIRY QUEEN because TWICE I HAVE RECEIVED VERY POOR RESULTS and NOT the FRIENDLIEST SERVICE!!!
