Our Heart’s Delight Havanese puppy is just perfect!
Kim is a knowledgeable, experienced and caring breeder. She takes care to make sure all her puppies are healthy, happy and loved.
Kim made the adoption process so reassuring for us, as we haven’t had a puppy for a very long time. It starts with a telephone interview for Kim to share her puppy breeding philosophy and to make sure that you’re able to provide a good, loving home for her puppy. And then she shares photos on Facebook every day, from when your puppy’s litter is born to the day you pick her up! You feel part of the puppy’s life for the eight weeks you watch them grow in Kim’s home. But most of all, you see how much love and care Kim gives all her puppies.
When we arrived at Kim’s home to pick up our puppy, Kim had everything ready for us and gave us so much information and resources we felt very comfortable. We purchased the Snuggle Puppy and Kim had it in with the litter and Mom, and she also gave us a blanket with the scent of the litter and Mom so we felt comfortable bringing our puppy home.
And our puppy is so beautiful- we called her Bella! Thank you Kim for our gorgeous, healthy, happy little Havanese! We love her to bits! ❤️❤️❤️

I've been following Kim's facebook page for few years now. I know she cares about her dogs and all the puppies.
I fully understood her procedure, phone call, emails, etc. I loved the way she cares for these dogs and respect her for that.
It was hard not knowing which puppy was ours and we waited patiently.
I fell in love with Mia the moment kim pass her over to my arms. She is the perfect puppy, smart, playful, super friendly and funny with a great self confidence.

We were so thrilled to pick up Archie yesterday from Hearts Delite. Kim is so thorough and sensitive in explaining everything we needed to know and answering all our questions. I am so glad I stumbled upon Heart's Delite Havenese in my research when looking up breeders of Havenese puppies! My husband and I have nothing but praise and greatfullness for Kim as she has matched us up with a one of a kind pup! Kim took the time to talk on the phone to answer any questions we had and was also very quick to answer emails as well. Kim is passionate about the breed and has extensive knowledge to share, which I greatly appreciated when preparing to welcome a puppy into our home. Something that stands out to me about Heart's Delite Havenese, is that Kim takes the time to enrich her puppies in their early weeks to prepare them for the world. I know all of her dogs experience the best care and I love that my puppy had a really good start to life. My puppy has a beautiful temperament and a very fun loving personality. I attribute this to the time Kim took to find dogs that would pass their sweet temperament and beautiful physical traits to their litters.
