I had slipped in the tub one night, broke the faucet, the valve, we had to shut off our main water line. Frieso came very quickly, saw the problem and got it fixed. He really went above and beyond. Our faucet valve is old and outdated, we couldn’t find the simple cartridge fix. it would have been much easier for him to make some cuts into our drywall but to save me some time and money he made it work tub side at the cost of his hands. Blessing I slipped, we have an upgraded faucet fixture now!

Frieso is the owner operator - one man show. My initial experience was fine but things quickly went downhill. The problem with this type of business is a) there is nobody to complain to when there are issues and b) he’s not easy to book on short notice. Often times, it required multiple trips for him to finish a job because he doesn’t carry much inventory - understandable for a small operation like this but inconvenient nonetheless. The last job he worked on wasn’t complete yet again because he didn’t have the parts with him and despite the fact I paid him in full, he never returned to finish the job. He won’t answer or return my calls anymore. I now have to hire someone else to finish his job. Very unprofessional and unreliable to say the least.
