Found a little pooch that escaped his home. Called our SPCA and within 10 minutes they were at my door to pick him up. Received a call a half an hour later that they had tracked down and found the owner and the owner had picked up the little dog. Great service!

I called several shelters trying to find a home for an abandoned cat and 8 kittens.They all said no Bixby this place accepted them.I am grateful and I hope they find a good home

We were here awhile ago and were able to bring home a brother and sister from a litter of 4. Kane and Selina are happy and healthy and spoiled on the daily. Everyone there was so friendly and patient with us as it took almost 2 hours to decide which 2 we were going home with. Thank you!! 😀

I brought home a stray dog and tried to make it work and spent a long time trying to make the decision on whether or not to rehome (She's a great dog just not a fit for our family dynamic sadly). I felt completely judged and the woman on the phone was condescending. I researched the breeds, training techniques, factored and quoted vet costs for all her vetting including spay. I couldnt predict her behaviors. Anyway I just wanted to say that this lady made me feel so unbelievably horrible on an already awful day.

Excellent, no kill, animal rescue center. The staff is great and very helpful. We have rescued a few of our pets from this location, all have been well taken care of by the staff and were in excellent health when we adopted them.

We pop in every few months to make monitory and item donations (Dawn, wood chips, cat litter) and we shop at their second hand store on Broadway (all proceeds go directly to the SPCA)

If you are looking for a pet, please skip the pet store and help rescue an animal from the SPCA. Besides dogs and cats, I have seen, rabbits, guinea pigs and various other pets.

I came for one little black kitten and left with his brother too! Thank you so much they complete my family and bring so much love and fun to our lives.

The staff were very friendly and caring. The animals are very well taken care of and the facility is spotless.
