Will never book threw legrows in bay roberts again terrible service once the trip was booked. I was stranded in cuba i booked a room with a bath tub didn't get that, my room was full of mold and thosuands of bugs, which is normal for this time of year!! I think not a 5star hotel should not be infested with bugs and mold. I actually sent pictures of this situation and did not get a reply...i sent lori pike several messages about how serious this is due to todds allergies. Still no response i cslled air canada and they did nothing but try to put us in another room that was worse with mold. I did not move into that room, i again tried to reach air canada vactions and lori pike again for assistance but my messages and valls for help were ignored once again..... Do not book threw legrows bay roberts with lori pike,find a different travel agency hopefully youll get better service. I always book from there thats why i trusted them that if i did need help while on vacation i would have someone to contact for guidance or help in situations like the one i was in...

The best of the best is Lori Pike at Legrows in Bay Roberts if you are looking for a travel agent for all your needs she is your person. I have been booking trips yearly with Lori and she never fails. She is the best there is. We would never book anything without calling her to take care of everything and she do. Called her yesterday and she was very busy with other clients so left a message for her call me and sure enough the phones rings just before 6pm and it’s Lori.
So if your looking for a travel agent that’s going to take care of you she’s the one .

I booked a trip via Legrows Travel for Jamaica and it’s safe to say it will be my last time going through a travel agent. This trip was nothing short of a nightmare - from having to deal with constant logistics issues to never being able to get a reply from our travel agent (Lori Ann Pike- the only way we did speak to this woman was by physically entering Legrows which involved time off work which was the first bad taste in my mouth- it’s not that hard to respond to an email or phone call).
My boyfriend and I were told that we would have no issues on our resort by being under separate bookings (he came onto the trip at a later time than my original booking). This was clearly not accurate information from our travel agent as we had to deal with this room issue daily.. we spent about 2 days trying to get a room together which meant about 7-8 hours wasted on that alone. We couldn’t book any a la cartes together which was another lie that was told to us as Lori said there would be no issues.
Coming home was an even bigger nightmare that I will not post here, but needless to say it’s day two of trying to get home and $600 in extra expenses.
Steer clear from Legrows and just book on your own. It’s so much cheaper and a lot less hassle.
