Amazing store! The staff are knowledgeable, selection is astronomical, animals are well looked after even being tamed while in the shop! Phil and Jules take the time to answer any question you may have. I much prefer Phil’s pets over big box chain stores their love pours in to these animals!

This store has so much and best part guy actually answers qwestions politely.
For a small town this store is so cool i give big props for them doing so much. Dont get me started on the dog literally employe of the month. He walks you threw the store and back out lol

Over the YEARS of visiting the store I've noticed they keep way too many animals in one small space, or big animals in small spaces, if you don't have the room, don't buy them. That is not fair to the animals.

Today, it hurt me to see these huge snakes in these small encounters. Including all the other animals there.

What an incredible find this store is!!!! It may be a little chaotic inside but I swear they have absolutely everything you might need (for aquarium at least) I keep a lot of fish and find myself going to several different stores trying to find the right stuff and get all the brands I like. Phil’s got it all, even the stuff iv only seen online he will have tucked away somewhere and 99% of the time will find it in a second! He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with, happy to help you out with whatever. I can’t recommend this place enough to people, oh and the prices! He’s got most stores beat by a good margin when it’s not on sale, and stuff is always on sale! Website is great, honestly just check it out. It’s so worth the drive

Amazing service, Phil and Jules were super nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and they have a huge, amazing selection of beautiful reptiles, animals and aquatic pets. I purchased a beautiful crested gecko from them and am very pleased. I can’t thank you enough for helping us get started on our first crested gecko, she is stunning. I can’t wait to visit again soon.
