Best service my Dog can get. They give him the best of care without over doing it. They dont try to sell me food or any thing. Just straight forward diagnosis and treatment.
My Dog has a good quality of life and an extended life because of the care they have given him. I cant thank them enough.

A friend of mine has been taking his 12 year old dog there since she was a puppy. She has had skin allergies and ear infections her entire life. This vets office dropped him as a client because his phone broke and they couldn’t contact him. And beyond that they went as far as to contact his mother to demand payment for the services he had received and accused him of running out on the bill when he had no intention of doing so. We had to get her euthanized at a random vets office in ottawa because these people realized there was no more money to suck out of him.

My other friend in ottawa had her dog put down and instead of sending her a bill they sent her a card that said “condolences”. This was the type of behaviour I expected out of Osgoode because of the long standing relationship between this client and the office but I was sadly mistaken.

considering how much money he has spent at this vets office between her food ($300 a bag) , ear meds, skin pills and eye drops I expected much better. Our dog deserved better.

DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR PET, WILL VIOLATE YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION, GIVE YOU MEDS THAT NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM (ALWAYS RECCOMMEND THE MOST EXPENSIVE TREATMENT OPTIONS) & THEN ABANDON YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEYRE COMPASSION THE MOST.

Over the years I have been to a few veterinary clinics in the Ottawa area with my pets and I will continue to use Osgoode as long as I live in this area. The front staff is friendly and very accommodating when it comes to the comfort of your pet. The vet and vet assistant are patient, gentle and do their very best to ensure you and your pet are at ease.
During my last visit the vet took the time to listen to my concerns, as well as all the research I had done prior to the visit. He then informed me of the positive actions I took, advised on things not to be concerned with and took the time to praise me for the effort I had put into my research. He was very gentle with Willow during the examination and took his time which was nice to see. We needed bloodwork and he explained the costs associated with immediate results or sending the bloodwork away. It was not a critical visit so I opted to send the bloodwork out for analysis and was contacted by the vet within 24hrs with the results (and the good news ?)
I would recommend Osgoode Vet services to anyone in the area with a loved furry!

I am new to the village of Osgoode and had been meaning to call Osgoode Veterinary Services to see if they were taking new patients…. it was a case of put it off till tomorrow cause all is ok and there is no rush to get my girlie transferred to a local vet…. until there was an unexpected need.

My girl hurt her leg and I called to inquire as to if they were accepting new patients … Not only did they agree to take on Delilah they also got her in same day, had her files by the time we arrived, and took amazing care of her.

All of the staff were great and I am very happy to know that they are Delilah’s “care team” going forward.. I was truly impressed from the moment I called until we walked out the door (feeling much more at ease than when we walked in). I HIGHLY recommend!
