I had an incredible experience with Catherine putting together the pieces I needed and Tyler helping me load my vehicle. 10/10 for both of them! Even though they're out of my way I'll definitely be going back - but I'll be calling ahead so I don't make them scramble again ?

The team went above and beyond to help me and my team compile all the pieces we needed for a pondless waterfall. We went to purchase a kit but it was not in stock. I am so utterly impressed and grateful for their help. As a business owner every step in the installation process can slow down our build - the team at The Pond Clinic were knowledgable and accommodating for our first time there. Now that we now their process (call ahead ?) we won't need them to rush around for us but we are so grateful that they did!

So I never realized that the Pond Clinic and Aquatopia are under the same roof! ☺️
Any way you slice it it’s fun to visit any enjoy all the nice plants. The cafe area looks great!

We went to review the place for a wedding. The place is beautiful, very well laid out, convenient from the 417 and the staff were excellent. They offer a full wedding service that includes everything including fireworks, catering, bar service and flower arrangements. Definitely top notch.

Aquatopia and The Pond Clinic are under the same roof! It's absolutely stunning there... so relaxing and filled with plants. They also have a small pond with koi fish, and a bunch of outdoor plants. Service here is great!

Beautiful space with indoor koi pond and tons of very healthy plants. Catherine and her staff were incredibly helpful and informative. They answered all our questions for our first time making a small container pond. They helped us choose plants, location, and equipment. Prices are reasonable, and comparable to big box stores.

Such an amazing experience there. If you own a pond in the Ottawa area, it is a must see!!
