The staff at Evangeline are absolutely top notch. They're obviously quite busy and it can take time to book, but the online form makes it easy.
They're well-informed and knowledgeable, and take the time to answer questions, discuss options, and ensure you're fully aware of them.
I took my lovely dog in for a checkup a month or so ago and was impressed at the ease with which the doctor spoke to and calmed her. He's definitely got some form of semi-magicak dog whispery in his bloodline.
Today I took her in for her spaying. The staff was, once again, excellent. I picked her up later in the day and was provided with analgesics, detailed care instructions, and even a free but of advice on the ear of my other dog.
I highly recommend Evangeline. I'm picky when it comes to care for my dogs, and I have no reservations or concerns with this practice. Glowing recommendation.

Wouldn’t go here. My cat was sick and needed help but they wanted to charge 300+ to register her before even seeing her or offering any type of advice. I called the Parade street animal hospital in Yarmouth, no money needed, and more than willing to give me any advice, they told me to give my cat some gravol and if that doesn’t work to take her in the clinic in the morning. Greed kills what humanity some people have left. Couldn’t even tell me to give her gravol or anything when I asked if they had any advice that would help me. (Gravol worked btw! And she was better and back to herself in two days)

The staff and veterinarians here are amazing. They truly care about our pets.
Always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help our much loved fur babies.
They also have a great selection of pet foods and supplements. My sweet Violet is in great hands when we visit.

This place is amazing. The care they showed my little girl was amazing. They took her in as an emergence never seeing her before. I called from barrington to Halifax and they didn’t hesitate!!!! I would highly recommend there friendly, compassionate and caring staff!!

We had to say goodby to our boy Rusty on October 6, 2016. The vetrinarian and vet tech made our goodbys so comfortable. We were in a back area that looked like an apartment. He was on a blanket on the floor. I was allowed to lay down with him during the whole process. They are so empathetic and compasionate. They made our goodby a little easier. The vet explained the whole process in such a compassionate way. Thank you all so much for everything you all did to help our boy Rusty's passing so comfortable and not a medical procedure by making his surroundings more homey.
