Jennifer and her staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of plants and gardening supplies.
Jennifer helped my wife with her choice for a new tree for the front yard and will order it for delivery and installation in the fall. I am sue it will be exactly what she wants and with the installation done by them it is guaranteed.

Called and left a message, emailed, and filled out an online form from their web page. Nobody answered me regarding my request for firewood? Very strange, they advertise all the services but seem to drop the ball on answering simple requests.

A man driving a company vehicle made inappropriate comments to me, including calling me 'honey' and mocking me when I asked him to be polite — all while accompanied by a child. I contacted the business owner, who said she was 'immensely sorry if it was one of my guys,' but ultimately the issue remains unresolved. It's unclear if the man actually works for the business, despite driving their company truck. It’s a strange situation, but this was my experience.

Majority of plants are outdoor varieties, would appreciate more tropical and indoor varieties, but I live the helpful and friendly staff 😊

I do not recommend getting top soil from here as you will be very disappointed. We arrived at Pratt’s at 8 AM two Saturdays ago as all their signs and Google stated they opened at. We then waited until 8:30 for someone to show up to open the place. We then bought 2 yards of topsoil as we’re trying to regrow grass in our yard. When we purchased the topsoil, nothing was said about it being wet however, when they loaded our trailer not only was it wet, but it was soaking wet with puddles of water in it to the point where we could do absolutely nothing with it. It was so heavy it blew a tire on our trailer (this is the point we first started to wonder if this is topsoil as I have worked in landscaping for many years and have never seen it be this dense and heavy however, we gave the benefit of the doubt assuming it was just wet). We were able to get a refund for the 2nd yard (Which is the very least I would expect them to do at this point) as we knew there was nothing we could do with this topsoil for quite some time because it was so wet. When we got home that day, I attempted to spread at least a little bit of it so that hopefully it will dry out. Because it was so wet we could barely shovel it into a wheel barrel to move it so we only got approximately a 10 x 3 area covered with it that day. The week following, we allowed it to dry a bit more until we decided to attempt at spreading it again at this point the top layer had dried and we had realized this wasn’t topsoil. At best It was a little bit of topsoil, mixed with clay and rocks ranging from a blueberry size to the size of my fist. The little bit I had spread on our front lawn will not hold any moisture no matter how much it is watered and is mainly just clay and gravel now. A couple days after we had picked up this topsoil I knew it wasn’t going to work and went to the store and grabbed bagged topsoil, which is now already growing grass and the topsoil we got from Pratt’s still will not grow anything. Unfortunately, the remaining topsoil we got from Pratt’s we ended up having to dump because it was so hard it couldn’t even be broken up. Very disappointing having this happen while trying to support local businesses. Hopefully no one else has this experience and we were just a one off.

Surprise!! They have beautiful clothing as well! All of your gardening needs from landscape design and implementation of your dream gardens & the tools for DIY. Or they skilled staff to do it for you. Great selection of plant choices, trees & aggregates, baskets & planters. Huge greenhouses filled with outdoor furnitures & decor. Mega Christmas Display starts in mid October. Santa Claus for kids in November with photo session. One stop shopping. Lots of fun!!
