Great evening with friends, date night or a large group. We were a group of 8 friends and had a blast during the recent Bourbon workshops. Jesse was knowledgeable and engaging keeping everything rolling and our group in check and focused on task. A lot of fun shaking and stirring and sipping on great cocktails. Split Tree Cocktail store is in a great location with a good assortment of everything you need to step up your game as a cocktail maker at home. This will be my go to shop in Ottawa for any bitters, garnishes and great bar accessories. The store has so much to offer, online shopping has a huge selection. Try the candied orange slices with your next Old Fashioned. Deadly!
We will be back. Highly recommended! Well done Split Tree and team.

I’ve been a fan of Split Tree’s cordials since I first came across them about 8 years ago, but just attended our first cocktail workshop with them and it was fantastic! We felt so welcomed, and really enjoyed learning more about the cocktails we were making. It’s such a beautiful space and would definitely recommend it as a great night out either as a couple or for a group of friends!

I also hosted my husband's birthday party there for one of their custom cocktail workshops and it was totally fabulous! Everyone had an amazing time.

The staff were all so kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make the night special. Jesse created and taught us three specialty drinks and worked so hard to ensure everyone, even those with dietary restrictions, could be included. Liz created incredible cheese boards and even thought to have special birthday napkins - such a thoughtful touch!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun night or a place to celebrate a special occasion with friends.

This is a great little store hidden away in Westboro. If you like cocktails they have everything you could need and some great snacks and serving boards as well. They have a cool lounge area inside if you want to sit and have a cocktail, and a little patio area outside in the summer. My wife and I recently tried one of their cocktail making workshops, and it was a blast! The event was super chill, we learned 3 new cocktails and had some great charcuterie with them. Highly recommend if cocktails are your thing!

Exquisite experience. So well developed and supported by great staff. My family chose this place to celebrate a milestone birthday and I'm more than prepared to visit again to celebrate many other times. They offer beautiful delicious recipes for non-alcoholic beverages favoured by nursing mom, designated drivers and the retired drinkers in our group. Thank you so much Steve for hosting us. A genuine treasure to Ottawa. If you are driving, consider leaving time to find parking because there is no designated lot. The dialogue is sommelier heavy so you may get lost if you are not familiar with or interested in the industry but, come prepared to take pictures the ambiance is beautiful!
