Honestly, from my own experience, the policies implemented by the Co-op office are Not supportive for their students. The rules were always restrictive for sometime unreasonable reasons. They were not flexible to my needs during the pandemic, when i had to be flexible to my co-op placement. They are also quite hard to reach or get a response on time. I did not have a great experience in the co-op program, gave me some new stresses. My friends and colleagues also have a similar consensus. This might be mostly helpful to intl students and Thats a BIG MAYBE

The co-op service is good. The staff are very nice and friendly. During the COVID pandemic, the Co-op services adapted very well by using Microsoft Teams. Carleton co-op is 3rd largest.
