Pretty terrible job. They leave clumps, cut on rainy days and break tree branches. They no longer even cut the inside of our buildings too, only the outside. Grass is already so long. Don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a good quality lawn care. They do their job quick but don’t care about the quality

Yesterday I witnessed an employee driving a company truck and he yelled out his window swearing at a young girl on a bike. Completely unprovoked, the girl was riding on the opposite side of the road and the truck driver was waiting to turn right. Very unprofessional, but based on reviews from other customers I’m not surprised. It seems like this company holds no accountability to its employees.

This is the company who does snow removal in my neighbourhood and it’s the absolute worst. They I have to leave for work I. The morning and they don’t even come open it up before people have to leave. By midday still nothing. Leaving huge piles when they do come making roadways un travelable. And then two days after a store the parking lots are still such a mess constantly getting stuck. It’s completely in acceptable thag it takes this long tk clean up after a storm. I get it you’re busy but do it right so people can get out. That is your job after all. I’m trying to get to mine and can’t wait three day after a storm to leave my house. Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend. 0 stars

So, I'm gonna start with the fact that my car has damage on account of these loader drivers leaving mounds of snow in the middle of the road which leaves me no choice but to drive through it which ripped off my skid plate, also leaving mounds of snow on half the road which causes road blocks cuz theres only on way to get past. They've left big mounds of snow in front of my walkway twice and even blocked one of the sidewalks completely so you couldn't get past without having to climb the mountain of snow with my son. They also use WAYYYYY to much salt in the neighbourhood which ruins everything the salt touches and it get dragged everywhere. This company needs some accountability and really has to start educating they're operators on how to tackle such neighbourhoods like russel projects. For example they should have a shoveller either ride with the sidewalk tractor or have a snowblower come around after to clear the walkways in front of the pathways to our doors. Too worried about time and setting aside quality and consideration doesn't sound like a good business modo.

Our condo board hired Lindsay to build an accessibility ramp. This has taken the better part of 6 months. They have had to take apart and rebuild this ramp several times based on incorrect slope, poor grading and have actually caused dangerous conditions for those needing to use the ramp. In addition the crew is rude. We have tried to be patient however this is now the third time they have taken apart and rebuilt this ramp. This has caused a lot of noise and the crews seem like they don’t care at all. At one point I caught him running a generator for charging their cordless drills. We approached them and they were offered an outlet to charge them and they ignored us, continued to operate a generator for an additional 3 hours for this sole purpose and said that’s just the way it is. Could you please charge your equipment before coming to the worksite and bring spare batteries like every contractor I have ever worked with. This just shows they were not prepared for the job and don’t care about the people they impact.

Attention to detail! Seems that we are always quick to complain about things, and time is not always given to send a kudo.

I have had the pleasure to have had quick casual conversation while a crew was at the above address felling dead trees a while back and the crew were very pleasant. Today however, when I exited the building and there was a lot of debris flying and I realized the crew was back to grind stumps, I was immediately concerned that we hadn’t been advised to move our vehicles but then I was extremely impressed to see that they were protecting the nearby parked vehicles with large sheets of plywood.

I took a quick moment to approach them and tell them just that; I frightened one fellow (sorry) and the other looked concerned that I was going to have issues with the work they were conducting. Quite the contrary, because they had changed stumps at that time, and they were not actively working I wanted them to know the people who own the vehicles where they were working and protecting the vehicles would appreciate their extra efforts. I told them I was very impressed.

I am including the building supervisors, and I truly hope that you also share the kudos with the crew that were here.
