Amazing selection of trees 🌲, shrubs, plants 🪴 and other green things. This is a piece of country in the city. It’s very peaceful and it’s always nice to enjoy the ambiance of lots of green and the wonderful smell 👃 just makes you happy and relaxed. The selection of the different varieties of trees 🌳 shrubs and plants 🌱 is amazing. You should be able to find what you need. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy.

Just thought I'd wish the owners a happy retirement. I've been going to this nursery pretty much every year and have been not once had problems with what I've purchased and planted. Really sad that the nursery is closing but also happy for the owners as they enter a new chapter in their lives. Below is a picture of my front yard with everything planted from the nursery.

I come here every year. I can't recommend them enough. The employees are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

A very nice place for buying from a huge variety of indoor, outdoor ornamentals and fruit plants. I m a regular here for, one thing, I’m plant lover and as such when ever I m sad or lonely, I drop in here, and more than often I reach out to staff here to discuss the problems my plants may be having!!

Nice collection of interiors and lawn decoration and enhancements pieces.

A bee-bit on costlier side but then you get what you pay for. They do discounts in pre- winter weeks

A slice of countryside in the city.

Have a big selection of whatever bush, tree, flower or other you may want to plant. They have pretty good tags, typically marking which zones, sun, soil conditions etc. the plant needs (although not every single tag has all that info, I noticed some were missing zone information). They also have some outdoor decorations items (pots, trellises, bird baths) but very few tools, so just know this isn't the place to get handtools or watering cans.

Parking lot is huge, lots of staff to help, and please wear sunscreen! Haha, I went and spent so much time there I got a burn on my shoulders, not smart.

Lots of selection, most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

What I do not like about this place is the lack of support for after sales issues. The landscapers we used last year used this nursery as a supplier for the trees and shrubs.

Couple months after our muckle plum was planted I noticed that the tree was not in a good shape (after the flowers had bloomed, the tree sprouted only about 30% of its foliage). Millcreek advised us to fertilize the plant and provide more water to the tree (which I did)

Fast forward to 2022, I sent another email to update them that the tree is still not doing great even after my best efforts to revive it. I asked if there's a warranty or some sort of credit if we buy a new muckle plum to replace the one that we have. I got no response from the email so I decided to call instead.

The whole phone experience was very poor, the lady on the other line sounded like she can't be bothered, put me on hold to check for the email then proceeded to get my information and told me that Ken (the owner) would come out and check the tree as he has the final say on the warranty claim. Few minutes later I got this email:

" I was looking into your Muckle plum and it looks like it was bought under the name of your landscaper Easy landscaping. Unfortunately this means the tree has no warranty through us, you would have to contact your landscaper about it.  (This means the owner would not be coming out to take a look at it)"

So yeah. I guess goodbye to the $400 spent on that tree. 🤣😅

Knowledgeable staff and good place to go if you are in need of trees or shrubs for your yard. Ample gardening and horticulture equipment and supplies here too.

We purchased both many plants and one tree, and they did a fantastic job accommodating our requests.

This by far the largest & best nursery in greater Edm. area. Excellent selection of trees, shrubs & perennials. Also the staff are very friendly & helpful.
