We have had the most amazing experience with Shona. We were hesitant to get a puppy that we hadn’t met in person and was not close to our home but Shona made us feel comfortable & confident with choosing our puppy.

Shona is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of this breed. She not only is knowledgeable but treats all of the dogs as family. I have been following her Facebook site for a while now and I see the love she has for each and every one of them, including her own.

From the moment we chose our pup, to all of the information she sends ahead of time such as what to get, things she recommends, to all of the questions we had & continue to have, she responds quickly & with care. Then the day we drove up to pick him up, Gary was patient and kind and answered questions we had. This has been such a positive experience from start to finish.

I send pictures & updates almost daily and Shona continues to respond, I can see she’s genuinely interested in how he’s doing & I can tell you she cares! We will definitely keep in touch & if we ever want a sibling for our little guy, Shona is the only person we would call for another one!

We are so very happy with the entire process of getting our new pup through Shona and Gary at Shuswap Labradoodles. From our very first inquiry online to any question after receiving our ball of fur communication was excellent. Shona always had an answer or directed us to a link or source for the information. Shona is very informative about her beautiful pups and knows lots of tips for success, we've used them and they work.
We had lost our last dog under tragic circumstances and we had waited a long time to take the big step again, Shona made us feel comfortable and that we had made the right choice in a Labradoodle breeder.
It's very obvious that Shona has great love for her animals and how she cares for them. She loves them all and does all she can to send them off to loving responsible furever homes.
