Nice store. Decent prices. Lots of stock but today was busy ( Mother’s Day ). They made 2 announcements that they will add another cashier since it’s so busy. We watched 2 employees playing with a customers dog, one just walked away from the till area, another was just walking around and the nice lady at the till we were at decided it was a good time to gather up some papers……I understand that everyone has a specific to do, but when its announced they will be adding another cashier and don’t…..I’ll stay away from there if I see it’s busy.

Everytime I come here I have a great experience. The staff are all knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful and professional , great store for your building needs for sure . I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Experience at the store was negative.
Staff would rather just talk to each other , avoid you, or put product on the shelf.
When you did ask for anything they had a tone of just don't bother me. I felt as though I was a inconvenience..

Love , love , love this store and every single staff member here. Incredibly knowledgeable, engaged, enthusiastic, and helpful staff. From cashiers to lumber yard, this place has the right people. Prices are great and the store is tidy, clean and well maintained. I am renovating multiple properties and care about prices and quality. Got some great deals here. No issues with lumber availability or quality. Great, well / competitively priced garden section here too with prices and availability often beating Canadian Tire.

Incredibly frustrated with their prices. Same identical pressure tank is $150 cheaper at M&Y. And they won't price match. Same identical brass fittings on average 25 percent higher. If M&Y can offer reasonable markup, surely this giant corporation could. Do better home hardware. Not fair to your customers.

I love the cute stylish home decor at the front of the store. There is always something I want to take home! The staff is helpful and the store is clean and well kept

This one star is for the outside kids that work there. Don’t say you’re going to go and ask and not do what you say you’re doing. We needed help and you left back to the shed and stood there and chatted with your co workers. Won’t be buying anything that is requires us to get from the yard.

Solid 100% satisfies with the inside works ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 5 stars for them!
