Professional, friendly small town service that stand behind their work. I have hired Green Leaf a few times now. I have always been an advocate and tell friends and neighbours that they are the go to for tree work/removal in Invermere. On our last job, I wasn't 100% happy with the way they left the job and provided some feedback to the team. They called me right away and offered to send the team back to clean up and chip some branches that were left behind (not part of their original job). They came back a week later and did a fantastic job. Super happy with the way the Green Leaf team handled the situation and I'm a proud customer again out to spread the word! Great local business with a lot of integrity.

Review of Green Leaf Fire Smart Remediation of our Community Reserve. Calberley Beach. Spring 2023 to Spring 2025.
Calberley Beach was established in the late 1940s. Our small community of 27 homes sits between Akiskinook and Terra Vista on the east side of Lake Windermere. The community owns a fairly large parcel of land from the boundary of individual community properties to Highway 93 on the North end – just over 18 acres in total area.
The Community Reserve was purchased in the 1970’s to limit developments that could overwhelm our small community. At 18 acres, the Community Reserve is a fairly large parcel of land. The Community has the responsibility for managing the Reserve and in 2022 the Community agreed they would initiate a Fire Smart remediation project for the Reserve. Pioneer Forestry Services and Green Leaf collaborated on a comprehensive inspection of the reserve with a detailed report and recommendations on next steps. This allowed the Community to issue Requests For Proposals to 3 qualified Fire Smart organizations. Although 2 of the 3 proposals were similar in scope and price, only Pioneer/Green Leaf had a local base of operations. After a detailed review of the 3 proposals, the Community voted unanimously to have Pioneer/Green Leaf complete our project.
Green Leaf was the principle “executor” of the project. Green Leaf crews spent several weeks in the fall of 2023 and 2024 thinning and removing overgrown areas, problem juniper, dead trees and accumulated debris. They performed controlled burns from December through February rather than haul the debris to the dump which would have added substantial costs to the project.
The project was completed on time and on budget and is widely regarded in the community as a great success. So much so that at the community AGM in May 2025, the community voted unanimously in favour of establishing a fund to cover regular Fire Smart updates to the reserve every 3-5 years. Many residents have also contracted with Green Leaf to Fire Smart their individual properties as part of the overall community initiative to be a more pro-active Fire Smart neighbor in the Valley. By definition, we intend to continue to use Green Leaf’s services for both our community and individual property requirements. As such, we have absolutely no reservations in recommending Green Leaf’s services to other concerned communities or individuals. Their management team and crews are experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering 100% of clients’ expectations.

I was nervous about having several trees removed from my property which were dangerously close my house. These guys got the job done efficiently, for the right price, with a good attitude, and without any damage. Would recommend and use again if we need more tree services!

Green Leaf provided an excellent experience from start to finish. We had some larger trees we needed removed and they made the process easy. From the first call, Jess was tremendously kind and communicates clearly. We booked an estimate which came in a well broken down invoice explaining all of our options. And then on the day of the work we got three wonderful guys (Max, Patrick and Jakson). I was initially apprehensive about having the work done as the trees were close to our home but the guys were so helpful in providing suggestions while also clearly hearing what we were looking to do. Really made the whole experience great. And the work itself was done perfectly and quickly. Could not recommend this company more.

Had a crew of 5 out for a day removing a number of big trees threatening my cabin and chipping a crazy amount of brush cleared from the property. They were all great and went above and beyond in finishing the job and then some. Thanks again for an awesome job well done

From the initial consultation to the final completion of the work, the entire experience was outstanding. The Arborist and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous at every step. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the clean-up afterward was meticulous. I've never encountered a more professional service provider. Highly recommend!!!
