Baden K-9 is the real deal. We have the most remarkable dog from them. She is stable and loving with our small children, but is trained to protect them if need be. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They're no nonsense trainers and the results are unbelievable. We are so grateful for them!

Had a dog that became aggressive. The dog got out one day and got me into some trouble. I brought the dog to Baden. After only a couple classes at Baden the dog got out again and got into trouble again. The city gave me two choices, put the dog down or re home the dog out of the city. The trainer there offered to take the dog himself which I thought was super solid. I imagine he spoke with family about it, and quickly informed me he would not be able to take the dog, which is understandable really. The dog could create problems for the family/business possibly. He informed me he thought the dog should be put down. After some thought we decided to return the dog to the breeder. When we got our next dog we wanted to get the dog into training right away to not have any issues with the new dog. My wife called multiple times and left several messages. They would not return her calls. I tried calling several times leaving messages and they would not return my calls. The dog which was a rescue came with some serious health issues and had to be put down within only a few years. We then rescued two new dogs. My wife tried to get them into training at Baden, and we had the same experience. No messages/calls were returned. I tried calling and spoke with someone who took my info and was told I would get a call back. The call back never came. It seems we were black listed for not taking their advice to have the problem dog put down. Our 3 other dogs went to training at the crunchy k9. They did a great job with our dogs! If you want a police/military protection dog maybe try Baden k9. If you just want a well behaved family pet, I recomend go to crunchy k9. I would not recomend Baden k9 to most people. Even if they didnt want to train our dogs they could have at least been honest about it, and had the decency to return our calls. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

I had an informative initial discussion over the phone in under 24 hours from the time of my inquiry through their website. I can not speak to their 'product' as I am not a customer yet, but given the comments I see roasting Baden K-9 for slow or non-response to inquiry's I felt it necessary to say this was not my experience. I hope to be a customer in the future.

Emailed and never received any follow up.
Went to their website and they gave me a number to text, spoke with Jakob, who really didn’t tell me any information as I requested information on the classes and training they provide.
He wasn’t interested in my business.
