Sipkens Nursery is a great place to shop for plants and garden essentials.

Their selection of houseplants is impressive, with competitive prices that make it hard not to bring something home. Whether you’re looking for garden stakes, planters, or any kind of garden accessory, they’ve got it all.

What sets Sipkens apart is the variety. From perennials and annuals to tropical plants, the options are endless.

Plus, the little clothing and purse section was a surprise.

They have ample parking, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff.

Don’t miss visiting during the holidays, especially at Christmas. The unique statues and festive displays make it a magical spot.

Overall, Sipkens Nursery is a great garden center. Highly recommend visiting any time of year!

One of my favourite places to find plants, Nicknacks for the garden, garden stakes, planters and anything you can think of they have it. Plus I love the little clothing/purse area always looking for some new style to purchase. Lots of parking, bathrooms and did I mention perennials, annuals and tropical plants!! Just grab a cart before entering because you will need it! Love visiting this place all year long especially at Christmas when they have so many unique statues and it’s so pretty

This is my favourite garden centre EVER! My Mum and I love to visit this locale together and enjoy strolling around to see all the new plants and offerings! THE EXPANSION is phenomenal! Being there today lifted our spirits and we have certainly made our wishlists for this year's purchases! If you want to support LOCAL, it will be easy to do so at Sipkens! The team is always so knowledgeable and helpful. There is pride in what they do there for sure. Family owned, passionate and it shows! Thank you to everyone for sharing such a beautiful new space for us to enjoy! This is a must on your everything garden list!

Attended a planting class this morning and then got in on the behind the scenes tour. Absolutely mind blowing! These folks have quite the operation. What we see upfront is literally only the tip of the iceberg as to what goes on there. Great respect and I can see why some plants need to cost the amount they do. Some will take several years in the back greenhouses before they are big enough for us to buy.

Amazing large-scale patio and landscaping project implementation. Well designed, well costed, use of high quality materials, listened and integrated feedback in design, extremely thorough space preparation prior to setting of final surfaces. Work-crew keeps site very clean and orderly - and work long days to get the job done. Mark and Chris are very knowledgeable in design, layout, textures, lighting, plants and trees. We highly recommend them for large scale patio and landscaping projects.

Our first visit a week ago was less than stellar but I gave them a chance. We bought grasses to add to the ones that we got from Degroots. They were ok but knew they needed to grow. When we ended up planting them, the difference between the other ones, and the new ones were too great. So we decided to return them and perhaps get something different. When I first got there and asked about returning the grasses, three employees stood there and looked at me and each other for about 30 seconds in silence. Clearly they don’t have a specific return policy that is used. Then, in error, we had potted the one grass in the wrong pot with the wrong sign. So right off the bat they said we couldn’t return that one, which was obvious and our mistake. Then she looked at my receipt and said they don’t take returns after seven days. So when I questioned the date, she indicated May 26 and I said well this is day number seven then. There was still a lot of back-and-forth with respect to returning them. She finally said that I could get store credit, which at this point I didn’t even want anymore, but I took it. Their return policy is pretty weak compared to Degroots. What struck me the most, though, was the lack of customer service. I was irritated mainly because I was made to feel like I was lying because I repotted the grass that I didn’t like. I understand that potting. The third grass in the wrong pot looked bad, but I was fine to own up to that mistake. I ended up just buying some earth and mulch And one hanging basket. I will never go there again. As it was, the quality is not nearly as good as it should be. The customer service is what struck me the most, though. I’m not saying that you have to bow down to customers, however, common courtesy would’ve been appreciated. Nobody apologized to me, nobody asked me any questions, their tone was accusatory. There’s something to be said about how you treat people.

Worst customer service! Pick up some ornament grasses. Then noticed that they were 5 times the size at DeGroot's for the same price. Tried to return the sickly ones to sipkens and was treated in the rudest possible way. Will never return. Spend your hard earned money at DeGroot's. They quality and customer service far exceeds this dump!

I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the team at Sipkens Nurseries for their outstanding service. Emma was incredibly helpful over the phone, assisting me with answering all my questions, arranging payment, and selecting a beautiful houseplant arrangement, card, and gift certificate for my sister Jenn and her husband Darryl’s anniversary. Her attention to detail made the process so easy and enjoyable.

A special thank you to Brian for going above and beyond by emailing me a photo of the gorgeous houseplant arrangement and a detailed breakdown of the purchases. Although I hadn't requested it, this thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to the experience.

Lastly, I want to thank Mark for ensuring that the special delivery was made first thing on their anniversary day. The care and attention to detail from the entire team made this experience truly wonderful.
