Very disappointed with both the product and customer service from Dragonfly Landscape Supply. I purchased a cubic yard of black mulch that looked great when I put it down—but after just one rainfall, it turned completely grey. The only area that stayed black was the section protected by an overhang, which clearly shows the issue was with the mulch's quality and not application.

I reached out to Dragonfly with photos and gave them the opportunity to address the problem. At first, they responded saying the mulch was just "saturated" and to turn it over or wait for sun. I did that—it made no difference. I politely followed up again to ask what could be done, and I was completely ignored.

Customer service was dismissive and unresponsive. I’ve bought from Dragonfly before without issues, but this time was a complete letdown. No accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution. I won’t be returning.

I usually picked up my own orders at Dragonfly Supply Inc., but the last two I had delivered—and what a great experience! From the initial call to delivery, everything was seamless. Both times the process was outstanding. The sales and confirmation calls were friendly and professional, each delivery was timely, courteous, and placed exactly where I needed it.

First time to visit last Sat. and suddenly became my favorite place for sod! I fully finished my 2 front yards in 5 yrs and patch work for my back yard including this time as a DIYer and couldn't find other places open on long weekend Sat. but here. That was the best choice not to miss here. Most of all, the quality of them was real carpet and its 2x5 size was precise. They're selling other landscaping items like gravels and mulch, so I'll revisit soon again for sure. Thanks.

If you want to be mislead and then ripped off this is the place for you.

I specifically asked for a small sized rock, I brought in a sample and I explained the scope of my project and that we needed small rocks to finish it. I was then shown rocks that matched the exact size I had brought in and then placed a $550 order.

When I received the delivery the product was 4-5 times bigger than the size agreed upon. This was absolutely outside of the size discussed at the point of purchase, I can appreciate there being a discrepancy in size to a degree but this was multiple times bigger than discussed.

When I called to discuss the error with the order after I provided photos as proof of the size discrepancy I was told by the manager ‘Well there’s nothing I can do’

There was not even an apology offered for clearly misleading me and selling me product that I wasn’t interested in purchasing. The manager tried to argue that I got what I ordered, which is not true. I got what I was sent but it certainly was not what was discussed at the point of purchase.

This business has no problem taking customers hard earned money but they clearly have a problem delivering the agreed upon product and apologizing for misleading their customers when a concern is raised.

I could have bought the same rocks anywhere in Brant country for half the price. There’s lots of great landscaping companies around, this isn’t one of them.
