The owner Jennifer came through with short notice, creating a beautiful sympathy arrangement and delivered as promised. I should have made Obdan's my first choice! Unfortunately I was let down by one of the big 1-800 flower delivery companies, calling me the day of my delivery to tell me they were not able to deliver. I looked up Obdan's, spoke with Jennifer and she took care of the rest. What a great experience...thank you!

Owner was very short with me, patronizing and
rude. She Hung up on me after questioning payment method. Zero customer service skills and got angry when I wasnt able to send an e-transfer right at that moment I was trying to explain I was in a public washroom as she was hanging up on me. Does not seem like a quality person to do business with. Would not attempt to try again and let people know to avoid dealing with her at all costs.

My husband purchased the most beautiful bouquet of flowers in a round cream coloured vase with small grey hearts for this past Valentines Day. The assortment was outstanding, Shasta Daisies, pastel roses and various extraordinary flowers with baby breath etcs. I love it. Thank you to the Owner who has always produced fabulous arrangements for my family and the business I work for.

I bought 12.yellow roses almost two weeks ago and they remain as robust and resplendent today as they did then. Not a hint of a dropped petal. They may be the most beautiful examples of flower I ever purchased. Gob-smacking beauty. Thanks, Obdam's and Mother Nature.

Save your money by getting a poinsettia at your local grocery and save $20+
My Poinsettia died after 7 days. Began losing leaves within 24hrs. Soil is still damp. Damp because the florist drowned the plant. I had to physically tip the pot to pour out the excess. Thanks Obdam's but I'm not sure I'll be returning. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Jennifer serviced my wedding flowers perfectly. She took the time to listen to my requests, and politely added ideas as I needed. I pretty much just gave her the flower type and the colours I wanted and she made it more beautiful than I had imagined. She provided fresh beautiful flowers for all of my bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Her technique is masterful! With perfect placement of greenery. Very vibrant with a beautiful POP that would catch anyone's eyes.
She also delivered them which saved this Bride some time on the big day. What an amazing person. I am so happy that I chose Obdams to purchase my Wedding Flowers from. I 100% recommend this business!

Ordered online, and the order went through. Received a phone call that the delivery would not be possible to the requested address as it was too far away. I suggested that their website should have flagged the incoming order as not possible. I said just cancel the order. Then the person said they would deliver for $55. When I said that this was a ridiculous delivery charge, they became short and rude with me. When I told them they were being rude, they informed me they were not. I said again to cancel the order, and I would never try to order from them again. At this point they raised their voice at me, told me to have a Happy Mother’s Day and then hung up. ?

I suggest better customer service skills as well as an upgraded website.
