We adopted our little Cavapoo puppy back in October 2023 from Serendipity Acres. The process was nothing but easy, Sue was so helpful answering questions and helping us find the right puppy. Her daughter Charlotte was great too on the day of pick up. They both have a lot of knowledge and are super nice.
We want to say Thank You. Gabby is almost 10 months old. She is full of energy and loves her cuddles!! ?❤️

We are in love with our beautiful four month old Cavapoo , Pepper ! She is a delight , loves everyone she meets whether child, adult or dog ….she is smart and funny, growing well ( now 10.6 pounds) and is so loved by everyone she meets! She is going to puppy classes …a fast learner …one more puppy class to go and then will go on to intermediate! We chose her at four weeks and Charlotte sent us weekly updates and beautiful photos until our pick up date in April. The kennel is such a happy place filled with beautiful happy dogs . We met Pepper’s parents and Charlotte answered so many questions and made Pepper’s pick up day memorable! We highly recommend Serendipity Acres if you are looking for an adorable new furry family member ! Thank you to Charlotte and Sue …we look forward to many many happy years with Pepper!

We adopted our cavapoo puppy from Serendipity Acres and it was the best decision we ever made. Sweet Lily is 7 months old now and she has been the most amazing dog we could have asked for.

Our entire experience with Serendipity Acres was great. When it was time to pick our puppy up, Sue was very welcoming and made sure to show as around and answer all of our questions. It was very clear that Sue is passionate about what she does and really cares for and loves all of her dogs.

When we brought Lily home, she was so well behaved and calm. Sue was always available to answer any questions and gave us lots of helpful advice. We bought bells from Serendipity Acres to hang on our door for Lily to ring when she has to go out - it took her all of 3 days to get the hang of it and she quickly became fully potty-trained! We are so happy with the adoption experience, we are already talking about getting Lily a sibling from Serendipity Acres when the time comes!

We picked up our pup from Serendipity Acres a couple weeks ago, and yet it feels like he's always been a part of our family. Sue was professional, responsive and helpful in matching us with the right puppy. Beautiful drive up from Toronto to the farm—well-maintained with happy puppies greeting us on arrival. Charlotte was the one who met us, introduced us to our new puppy, and made the pick-up process fun and easy. He’s healthy, smart and super-friendly with everyone he meets. Having known and loved a Cavapoo for 15.5 years, we knew that we wanted another to share our home and lives with. I was happy to find Serendipity Acres and to speak with Sue within in an hour of filling in the questionnaire.
She sent pics and gave us an idea of the temperament of some of her available puppies. We made our choice from a photo and her description. We were going to be travelling soon so Sue agreed to keep the pup until we returned.
My husband had to work so I made the long, but lovely, drive from Toronto to Serendipity Acres very early one Thursday morning to pick up Georgie. Sue and Charlotte were very friendly and the farm is a lovely setting.
Georgie is a sweet, smart, cuddly and wonderful dog. We love him. Thanks, Sue and Charlotte.

I've had a wonderful experience with Sue and Charlotte! I got my first sweet pup, Oliver, in 2021 and just got my second, Rooney. I had such a great experience the first time around that it was a no brainer to come back! Our sweet Oliver is the kindest, most loving and friendly boy! He's playful, intelligent and so we'll adjusted. I couldn't have dreamt of a better first time dog experience! We are certain that we will have the same experience this time around, as Sue and Charlotte have such a great program. They have healthy, well adjusted and quick learning pups! Thank you ladies!!
