I've been coming to this butcher shop for years, and is one of the best parts of my weekly routine. The quality of the meat is always top-notch, and the customer service is truly exceptional.

Sydney, the manager, runs the place with such warmth and professionalism—she always makes you feel welcome and valued. Eli goes above and beyond too, even sending me a text when the pasture-raised eggs come in. That kind of thoughtfulness and personal service is rare these days.

It's clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their customers and the quality of what they offer. If you're looking to support a fantastic local business, this is the one. Highly recommend!

The butcher is knowledgeable and keen, and "Sydney" knows many of her customers by name. She's helpful, funny, and 100% professional.

Actual customer service the way it should be. How refreshing, not a single employee standing around looking at their cell phones who could not care less if you are there or not. Nothing fake here, just amazing real food and super knowledgeable staff happy to assist. You can absolutely see and taste the difference and prices are very reasonable for such quality. Great to have this option to shop local in The Beach.

Rowe Farm is a gem. The food is very high quality - more flavourful and healthy than what you would get at the local grocery store (which is overpriced). My dog loves the Denver steaks, which are good value. If you need something special, you can let them know in advance and they will have it ready for you. They know their marinades: the korean short ribs are amazing as are the curry roasted chickens. I have a friend addicted to the bone broth. Staff are great. If you want to support local business this is a good bet.

This location of Rowe Farms has been keeping my stomach happy with their amazing beef, pork, and chicken skewers - along with a ton of other great items. The best part is being greeted like a friend by Sydney, Nathan, and Deshawn every time I go in. I barely even have to tell them what I want lol! Thank you all for the great service! 🙂

Both Alex and Nathan are wonderful, and helpful and friendly.
However this dies NOT apply to Sydney the manager. She is abrupt, unhelpful and rude with a condescending manner.
This place is best avoided.

However female manager in leslieville store is great friendly and helpful

Best steaks/butchery in the city. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Truly a community. Highly recommend. Special shoutout to the homemade beef stew and chili, easy quick dinners.

I go to Rowe Farms in the Beach everyday(literally).
You can try to find better customer service but all attempts will be in vein, the people that work there are some of the greatest people on planet earth(literally)…Quality products, great variety, reasonably priced, what more do you want?
